We had some stucco repairs needed in various spots around the base of the house, and originally thought we needed to re-stucco the entire house which is what we called Jesse out to quote. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and best of all, HONEST. He was straight up with us and told us he didn't think we needed to re-stucco, and instead could just do patch work to save the time, money and effort. Not an option that any of the other quotes mentioned to us since the others only stuck to the original request of entire house re-stucco. The job was done in exactly the amount of time they quoted, and they did an amazingly clean, through job of doing the repairs we needed and then re-painting the entire exterior of the house. They were patient and more than accommodating when I decided I didn't like the color we chose for the trim and garage. No attitude and no price gouging on rework. I hired Jesse to paint the exterior of my house. We agreed to use Benjamin Moore paint, but he used Behr paint instead causing the color to be off. I had to contact the contractor board before he would come back and repaint the fascia. He only used one coat of paint and did not plaster all the wood on the fascia. He has poor communication and organizational skills. read more

Jesse and his crew just finished painting the exterior of our home today. They did such a great job and we are very happy with the quality of their work. We got 5 quotes for this project before deciding who to hire. Jesse's price was very fair, not the lowest we received but definitely not the highest either. He came out and gave us a quote very quickly once I reached out to him. Once we decided to move forward with them he got me on the schedule ASAP. He even came out on a Saturday to paint some trim samples for us and help us decide which option would look best with the body color we chose. He has great communication and a great work ethic. I recently had a good amount of painting, drywall and baseboard work done on a property that I recently inherited. I had tenants that were scheduled to move in, so I needed work done quickly. They came out and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable price and they were ready to do the work within days. They even offered to come back to install the baseboards in the living room and hallway after the vinyl flooring was installed, to make sure the baseboards were on top of the flooring. Contracted with Dan last fall to paint a few gates, shutters and some iron work and overall, not super impressed with his work. Had to oversee the job from the start to make sure I was getting what we agreed to and even then, the job was left with overspray on concrete/stucco and a broken piece of iron work. The paint on one of the gates has already started to bubble and when I left messages requesting he fix the gate, he never called back.
