They specialize in home energy efficiency and insulation services (among other home improvement services), and their team completely transformed my attic by properly insulating it, sealing all air gaps, and bringing everything up to code. The difference is immediate -- my house now feels warmer, more comfortable, and I know it's added real value to my home. A huge shoutout to Milton, Project Manager and Operations Executive, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His professionalism and communication really set the tone for the whole experience. Their rates are very competitive and reasonable, and in my experience, they truly offer some of the best pricing in the DMV for the quality of work you receive. The insulation crew was outstanding -- professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. //5 stars for quoting process //5 stars for installation…read moreprocess Quote Process: Chris S. was the product specialist who was assigned to me. He was super accommodating with the first meeting time being at the very end of the day due to my work schedule. He brought all the shingle samples with him so it was easy to visualize especially because at that time I didn't get the official approval from HOA. He was easy to talk to and sounds like an honest person. He took his time to explain every aspect of the replacement process. Since I had to get HOA approval and get my finances sorted out it took maybe a month or so. Even then he was available to help me make the choice of the type of roof to meet the HOA requirement. I give Chris 10/10 Installation process: After submitting the deposit it took 1 week to get the roof replacement started. They call you a couple of days or so to see if its possible to start on the project. You are not required to be at home for the project so this made it easy for me. They came with their equipment, dumpsters and supplies and were able to start on the project without delay. One anomaly for me was my 1 day project turned to 2 days due to staff shortage which did not affect me. Daniel A from the company keep me updated on any issues or changes via email and phone call. They also took pictures of any additional fix they made and also the final product. Overall, the whole process was painless as it should be since replacing a roof is a big deal. I thank the BRAX team and crew for a great job done. I will update of any changes but hope the workmanship stands for decades.

BRAX advertises a twenty five year workmanship warranty, but when their own installed flashing…read morefailed, they shifted blame to the skylight to avoid honoring it. What good is a warranty if they'll find any reason not to stand behind their work. It almost feels like their warranty exists as an opportunity to generate more business rather than honor a promise, since instead of standing behind their work, they make excuses and then turn around and offer additional paid services to fix the very problem their warranty should already cover. We had BRAX Roofing replace our roof back in 2021. Recently we discovered a leak near one of our skylights that caused interior wood rot. We first contacted a skylight specialist, who confirmed the skylight itself was fine, these typically last around thirty years, and told us the leak was likely a flashing issue that should be covered under our roofing warranty. Following that advice, we contacted BRAX. Two of their inspectors came out first and confirmed new flashing would be installed. Their production manager, Daniel Angel, personally confirmed the same, that they'd replace the flashing and repair the rotted wood, and they even arrived with lumber to do the repair, then took it away without explanation. Today we received an email from Boris Cardenas, a managing partner at BRAX, saying they are not responsible, now claiming the leak is from the skylight's gasket rather than the flashing, contradicting everything their own staff told us. Throughout this process, it's felt like an emotional rollercoaster, we were told repeatedly that this would be fixed, watched them bring materials to do the repair, then had those materials quietly taken away without any explanation, and now we're being told none of it is even covered. We feel misled and deeply disappointed after paying for a full roof replacement.

They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. Every transaction with Roof Solutions has felt like a bargain to me.

Their quote was quite reasonable so we contracted them for all 3 projects. Work was done in a timely fashion with the skylights being replace on one day and the deck & re-roofing the following week. The skylights were replaced with only nominal rework done to the roof around them. All work was done with extreme precision and neatness. The skylights needed new trim on the inside which was a much nicer finish than the original builder had done. No interior wall board was damaged and hence no re-paint was necessary. The small deck was done in Trex replacing 20 year old pressure treated lumber. The shed is a Dutch colonial style and only needed the top roof replaced due to leakage. They matched the architectural shingles around the skylights and the barn with very negligent noticeability. It was extremely easy dealing with Christina and Andreas. All of their employees were extremely polite. Their workmanship showed that they took pride in what they were doing. I highly recommend them for your roofing and home improvement needs.

We had used D & M over the years for a new roof on 2 different houses, new gutters, new siding and a new pair of sliding patio doors. D & M replaced the cement crown and a section of brick, as well as a few smaller repairs. That was in February and not one drop of water has fallen into the fireplace since.
