History
Established in 1997.
We started off small back in 1997 and have grown to be the recommended IT support company for this area. We have 6 technicians that make up our company.
One of the first things we learned was that in order to run a successful business, you have to put your customers first. Now, we know that everyone says that the customer comes first, but we actually mean it. You see, we know that over fifty percent of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. Simply stated, if we didn't treat our customers with respect, understanding, and patience we wouldn't be in business today.
We've learned over the years that what you want, as a customer, is simple. You need your computers to work for you, not against you. If your computer breaks down, you want it fixed quickly, professionally, and affordably; that's it. You don't care about how many "gigs" or how many "megs" your computer needs to work. You just want it to work the way it was meant to, plain and simple!
Meet the Business Owner: Randy B.
I started off as an electronic technician back in the late 70's and in the mid 90's decided to further my training with computers. In 1997, I changed my business direction to computer support and repair services. In 2001, I opened up a retail store and began hiring on technicians to work for me and continued growing the company by providing service that was superior to any others in the area. Our technicians know that this is the key factor that keeps that client as a life-long dedicated customer of ours, and even though the economy has its ups and downs, we continue to keep busy. It is this superior service that continues to put us above all the rest.
