The representatives here are uniformly pleasant and do a decent job. Plenty of parking as well. Unfortunately, I've learned that if there's more than four people ahead of you, either break out a chess set or come back another time. They're incredibly slow at this location, possibly understaffed, and more than once I've had someone ahead of me give up and leave. I went in the branch to get two dollar bills and they don't have any!!!!! Every branch should carry them. That's my opinion what's yours ?

Service, staff, atmosphere, ATM that accepts cash and check, convenient location: this branch checks all the boxes. I love that they're polite, informative, and engaged in making your experience smooth. If you need to do some shopping at Costco or Sam's it's also a perk to be so close to this branch. It would be great time to kill in case the lines are long, which they can be often. Speaking of, I see some 1 and 2 star reviews regarding the speed of service and that's wild to me. Having everything at the touch of our fingers has made so many entitled. I would like to remind the 1 and 2 star reviewers that the lines here are probably long because the proof is in the pudding. There's a bunch of people in line for this tight knit credit union and they're all waiting just like you are. If you take your money elsewhere so be it. But eventually you'll run out of options if the next place doesn't immediately gratify you as soon as you unrealistically expect them to. Take something with you to keep you busy if you know the lines will be long--it's simple, no need to be an adult child about it. I'd imagine most of the people complaining are not business owners, just consumers who don't understand how much it takes to make anything run smoothly. This is twice I had to come in with my husband to get my name on his account that I can manage by depositing and how much left but nope today they do not find my name on his account. So I'm getting tired of the ATM always unavailable to accept deposit cash when I'm trying to make a payment for a car. This is why I closed my account and move to usaa long time ago. Service should do better and the attitude should be worked on when I say next time my husband and I come in, we will be asking for manager. The teller, woman, argued and said we can speak to one of tellers not manager. No, ma'am you have no right to tell us what to do and we will certainly speak to manager. Thank you have a nice day. The high score is mainly for the staff. Brittany is a delight and I always try to have her as the one servicing me when I come in. Seeing her gives me hope that the business world is becoming more accepting and that more companies are encouraging self expression. I don't know the whole story though. As a gen z, I was taught as a kid that you had to dress up in essential business casual to go to the bank or you wouldn't be taken seriously, but I always feel pretty comfortable coming in here. The people that are at the little greeting kiosk to the right are also always sweet. I don't like that you have to pay for the coin star, but it's obvious that neither do the staff like it and they are empathetic. I don't use many services at this location, so I can't speak on those. What I can say is that the main people you see when you walk in the door are always nice to work with. read more

Per usual they do the minimum possible to provide service. Early 2018 I tried to get a debit card for my daughter on my joint account when she was 12. They told me no. It's my money and if I say my kid is ready to have a debit card it should be my business. That's when I took my business to USAA. They say they can reverse OD fees, but they want you to provide proof that it wasn't your fault. How about the fact that I sent you the email where I made the complaint and the company reversed the charges. That's not enough? Closed my accounts and that of my family that I'm joint account holder on. Not cool RB. I don't need that and USAA treats me and my money with respect. Hope the $48 in OD fees are worth losing a while family of customers and my lovely review of your half rate service. read more

The staff at the branch is great, no issues with them. Now if you need to call their customer service it's the WORST! No help what so ever. They'll pretty much treat you like a number and no empathy to customers at all!! If your looking for any fee reversal don't waste your time. They'll try to have you apply for overdraft protect and pretty much blame you for the error. I know people aren't perfect, but each person has a different circumstance. read more

The staff here is friendly and they take care of customers promptly. I love that they have workstations in the lobby so if you need to look up your account number you can log in really quick and get it (and this saves the teller's time and moves the line so it's tri-fold); However, they made some really weird or interesting decisions with this particular location like they reduced the number of ATMs to one where during the day, it would be beneficial to have two. And the ATMs don't accept deposits only withdrawals. read more

I hope RBFCU is okay with losing yet another good and loyal customer (12+ years) due to their unfair NSF fees and unwillingness to work with us. They should take a lesson from Wells Fargo when it comes to Courtesy Pay and NSF, especially when I had funds to cover it in savings. Wells Fargo only charges you one fee per day and charges a low fee of $12.50 if you exceed auto transfers from savings per RegD. Additionally, their alerts to notify you when your balance drops are worthless. They charge NSF based on pending transactions but notifications only work based on current balance. How convenient. I've pulled my money out and have taken it to a bank where they actually care about their customers. And don't even bother apologizing like you have on the other posts. The apology is scripted and insincere. read more
