I purposely told them the account was less than $100,000 to see how I would be handled. I was scheduled 2.5 weeks out and felt that $100,000 was not enough to get their attention. During the initial call the rep was not very engaging or interested . . I thought let me give them one more shot. I cancel my appointment and NOPE not one follow up call or email. So obviously, this place is only looking for big fish . . . how can I rely on someone to take care of my dollars when they don't' care to handle my pennies? Lesson . . don't judge a guy in cargo shorts and t-shirt, I am willing to bet many of them make and have way more money than guys rolling in leased Mercedes and in debt to their eyeballs.
