What a great bank to deal with. They have great rates and make auto buying really easy.

Worst place to come to on a Friday evening to use the drive thru teller!! Super slow and only 2 lanes open instead of 3.

Dillon has been phenomenal. His communication, clarity, and follow‑through were consistently excellent. He is incredibly customer‑focused, proactive, and truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Throughout the entire process, we felt fully informed--whether it was timelines, progress updates, or unexpected issues that came up. Any time we reached out, Dillon responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Honestly, this has been the best turn‑around manager experience we've ever had. Dillon is an outstanding maintenance manager, and we wanted to make sure his exceptional performance and dedication were recognized. We are extremely satisfied and deeply appreciative of the work he put into bringing this property back to life.

From the day we moved in, our experience has been disappointing. We've submitted multiple maintenance requests that have either gone unanswered or been marked as completed without anyone ever coming to our home. One of the most concerning issues is a large hole our neighbor's dog dug under the fence, allowing it access to our backyard. I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. If you are considering renting here, I encourage you to carefully research the property before making your decision. ( we are very clean people three of those zevos have been there for 5 days, one I just changed yesterday.)

Security Services is not my personal bank but it is the bank we use for the PTA I'm on. As the…read moretreasurer I spend more time at this bank than I do at my own personal banks. I've had poor experience time and time again here and at their other locations. My first issue was when I needed to be put on the account. I called first to get the information I needed to bring with me when I came in. Because we are a nonprofit everyone on the account needed to be present. Coordinating 4 schedules of 4 busy people is hard which means I want to make sure we had everything we needed when we came. Would you like to guess what happened? Sure enough, I was given the wrong information about what to bring. I was never told we needed the minutes from the board meeting where we were given authorization to be on the account. That was an entire trip that was wasted. We eventually made it back on another day. My second issue is that not all the locations have the change counter/machine. I went to a branch that didn't have one and they refused to let me deposit the money at that location. I was sent to another location. While I understand that $20 in change is a pain to count, YOU ARE A BANK! When I went to the second location with the change the change counter/machine ate over .80 cents. While this isn't a big deal normally, when I'm having to account for every cent for a nonprofit it causes issues. And at this point I didn't have time to deal with it because I had spent my lunch driving to multiple locations. The last issue, for now, is the long waits. When calling in there were long waits on the phone where you usually get transferred around. The waits are also long inside and in the drive thru. I'm not talking about 10 minute waits. I'm talking about 25-30 minute waits. I'm here now and there are 4 tellers for about 30 people waiting. Matter of fact I wrote this whole review while here in line Credit unions are great, I have a different one for my personal account and love them to pieces. There are many out there so choose one that has better customer service!

But it is my closest location and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I go to other locations when I'm in other parts of town, which don't seem to be as busy as this one. Someone digitally opened a checking account in my husband's name, submitting a "change in phone number" at the same time. We wouldn't have found out in a timely manner were it not for the bank having sent a debit card to our address. When we went to this bank location to find out why we had received that card, we learned that it was no accident, that it was a case of identity theft. Sounds pretty bad, right? But I was lucky to be assigned to banker Zach Villarreal, who took the time to investigate the situation thoroughly and called the fraud department to learn more. I was able to note when and how the account was opened and what steps to take to prevent this sort of thing from happening again. And of course, the account is CLOSED. I've banked at little banks (too little, even, for my non-profit), predator banks (Wells Fargo), credit unions (ask me about the time USAA lost the proceeds of our house sale for 24+ hours), and banks that went bankrupt. I never expected to be singing the praises of Chase Bank, but here I am. Give it a try. And ask for Zach Villarreal. Because you're not just an account number with him.
