Customer service is always amazing every time I come to this location. I truly enjoyed dinner tonight with my family. We were greeted at the door and wished well as we left the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is pretty cool! The history and art displayed on the wall is pretty capturing. The bottles with lights/ the cool animal decor is nice! It really pulls you in to make you feel Cajun vibes! Even the music is a vibe! It's soulful blues! This establishment is in a shared parking lot with another restaurant but there is plentiful of parking. The visit is always amazing! And the food is always fresh! And appetizers are flavorful! Our waiter was pleasant I hate didn't get her name but she was kind and patient and took our orders and gave full details of the menu. I will definitely be returning! read more

Have not been here in a few months... New menus and dishes...and waitstaff changed. Food and service was great. 2 of us ordered the stuffed chicken $13.99 good portion flavor was on point. The other ordered stuffed shrimp Glad to see they added more lower priced options as we usually order the tricky fish (which by the way is excellent) but $18 Can't go wrong trying this place read more

I haven't been here since I was living on the Northside. So it was nice to be able to revisit again. The hostess greeted us and offered to throw away our empty cups we wanted to dispose. Then she showed us to our seats. It's very spacious and nicely decorated as if you're on Bourbon St with music playing in the background. I ordered their popcorn shrimp with cheese grits. It came with some kind of sauce but I didn't care for it with the shrimp. It was good on the hush puppies tho. I did ask for a different sauce similar to a remoulade sauce and that was good. read more

Food was very bland. I see why they filed for bankruptcy. It also did a number on my stomach!!!

We came for one thing! The bread pudding! Can't loose when you chose the bread pudding for dessert. We ate next door and walked acrossed the parking lot to grab this sweet treat. It never disappoints. So next time you pick razzoos don't forget dessert! read more

This was my first time visiting Razzoo's! I started off with the boudin balls, which were OMG delicious! They were perfectly made and fried! The dipping sauce was so good that I wish I could've bottled some up and took it with me! The waitress was very polite and attentive. I didn't have to wait or ask for anything! I don't remember her name but she was the young tall, light skin complexed African American girl. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast(I'm a non seafood eater). I appreciated the bold flavors, unique spices, and hearty portions that are characteristic of Cajun cuisine. Their green beans were one of a kind too! A lot of Cajun restaurants pride themselves on using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create their dishes. The combination of flavorful seasonings and rich ingredients along with the wonderful service made this a very memorable dining experience. The daiquiri packed a punch too! read more

It would be nice if they let people know they sold this location so numerous people don't waste time driving to this restaurant only to find out that they're closed for good. It's a shame because we really liked this place but clearly they didn't care much for their customers since they didn't bother to update anything when they sold out. read more

A late dinner run to one of our favourite Cajun place. Tonight we had their blackend stuffed tilapia with dirty rice. It was delicious! As usual we had the alligator tails. When I got there, I noticed it was kind of hot inside. It took a while for the hostess to come get me seated. I wanted to sit towards the back where it was cooler, but there were some tables that were not cleaned up yet . They seated me towards the front, close to the entrance where it was hot. Throughout the whole time there I was sweating almost like as if I was eating hot peppers. I noticed two food runners that were making mistakes and delivering food to the wrong tables that happened twice, but my server was great! She did everything she could as far as I'm concerned! It took a while to get my appetizer and I finally got it with my drink that was flat. When I ate my appetizer, I asked for a water with lemon instead of a fountain drink. I think management should take a sip out of every one of those soft serve dispensers so they can taste what they're serving before the servers get blamed. When I got the main course. As you can see, my green beans could've been a little more than not .The pork chops were tiny and I did get a of steam vegetables In the same size bowl as the green beans. They treated the gravy like cane's sauce very small serving and the gravy didn't have any flow almost had the consistency of mashed potatoes. I think that if I was given a choice or even notified of how small those pork chops were then I would've added a couple more pork chops with more gravy. I left unsatisfied. And like I said, the server was good. She did what she could that was within her control. But I think in today's times for Restaurants to survive, they need to serve customers with something that will wow them to want to come back. I don't eat out very much but every once in a while, I'd like to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I was craving Cajun food and someone at (work) recommended this place to me! I threw those vegetables on the plate so that in my mind I can convince myself that I'm getting a lot of food but it didn't work. I mean, look at the piece of bread that they gave me! Sometimes these people think they're doing us a favor we're paying good money and they need to shell out some good food. I never saw a manager come up to me and asked me if I was OK or how I was doing. i'm not asking for something for nothing! I very rarely complain about restaurants, but It was just payday and I wanted to go out and enjoy some Cajun food on my first time visit to this place that was recommended to me. I would have to think long and hard to think about gracing the doors of that place. read more

This place has really amazing food. I usually get seafood, though I've tried their other food and it's just as good. The service is always really quick and accurate as well. The ambiance does a good job of blending Texas and cajun, so I'd recommend this place to anyone from out of town and locals alike. The last time, we got the cheese dip appetizer, po boy, and cajun tricky fish. We also got the hush puppies. Pretty much everything on the menu is some variety of spicy, as to be expected with cajun. Even the hush puppies were made with jalapeño. It all turned out really good and has always been surprisingly affordable. Their drinks are top notch as well, lots of house specials for the mixed drinks. read more

We went last night for the first time. We past the first dining room. Empty. In the main area where we were sat, there were maybe 3-4 tables sat and someone seated at the bar. We were sat, and server after server kept walking by us. Nobody came to get our drink order for a good while. Idk if someone finally went and told our server we were there, but he came and eventually got our drink order. We waited a bit less on those and then he got our order. We waited 52 minutes for our food and never saw our server once in that time. Drinks obviously were empty. We were starving and he was behind the bar (I'm assuming the bartender) but still only 2 ppl at the bar at this point and maybe 2 more tables sat in the dining room. Someone else brought our food out. He eventually comes by, refills the drinks and asks if we need anything. We asked for some ketchup and he left. Never came back with ketchup, our plates were stacked, empty, etc. and we waited and waited. Idk why, because he could clearly see us as the bar is sat up higher than the dining room and we were the first table below. Overall, the food, while only warm by the time we got it, was good. But our service was so bad that we will never go again. read more

Very, very disappointed at my last visit with Razzo's. I went with a party of about 14 people to celebrate my son's 23rd birthday. To say the least I was a bit embarrassed and disappointed read more

Absolutely awful to go service. Don't do it to urself. Waited a complete hour...when first asked for name they stayed in the back for a couple mins like they couldn't find it or was "too busy". I have to start out by saying that Avionce was AMAZING. She was super friendly and very attentive. Bravo! I have been having my cravings for crawfish lately and I had to stop by with my friend on the way home from Conroe. My friend ordered a strawberry Mardi Rita which I had to taste.. SUPER YUMMY! I ordered 3 pounds of crawfish 1/2 an order of fried pickles. The crawfish was perfectly spicy but a little overdone. However the fried pickles hit the spot! I loved them! Highly recommend this awesome restaurant. The decorations really get you amped up for mardi gras! Will be back. read more

Went to eat here and it just so happened that our uncles also showed up right behind us. We were going to seat together but the hostess said there would be a gratuity charge if we sat together so we decided to seat separate. Then another hostess came to tell us we would still be charged the gratuity regardless. Mind you we sat at different tables. We didn't think that was fair so we got up and left. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at Razzoo's. The bartender/server, Gabby, had one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen in a restaurant. She literally tossed the menus on the table without saying a word and never bothered to take our drink orders. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. I will never come back, and I'm genuinely surprised this place is still in business if this is how they treat paying customers. read more

Arrived, 2:20 ish went to the bar. There was one other customer at the bar. The barkeep was busy with paperwork. She apologized for the delay, we ordered drinks and food because we didn't know how long it would take for her back to take the order. I assumed she would at least get us the drinks and we would be able to entertain ourselves. Nope, she got us water and back to the paperwork. We finally left. read more

It is sad to say that we have eaten here for years and never had any complaints. Today we had Dinner, so we were seated the waitress took our drink order and appetizers. That came out and there were no small plates and utensils but we were having a normal discussion. Our order came out and we asked for silverware and we were provided to-go pack of silverware. Now I am by no way Racist BUT in the entire dining room we were in we happened to be the only Caucasians and I noticed that every other person in that Dining room were using real silverware and cloth napkins as pictured were issued to-go packs and bar napkins. I requested a manager and when she asked if she could help I asked about real forks and she looked dumbfounded as if why was I asking for that. The manager left and came back with one fork wrapped in a bar napkin and a stack of bar napkins and we were a party of Four. I feel like this is an actual Racist establish now. What a shame we will never return. read more

Started with a cocktail and the canal combo appetizer. Took ages to get the drink despite us being one of the only tables there, nonetheless the drink was good! Our entrees came quickly. I had the fried catfish basket which was good but basic. The French fries were delicious and I like their Cajun ranch. I found the service to be really slow but thankfully we were in no hurry. The women's bathroom definitely needed some restocking at the time of my visit. Overall, I found the prices to be fair and food to be filling. read more

They have great food, cleaning establishment and a full bar. A nice view over the water. I really like it here.

I've heard so much about this place from my partner and we finally got a chance to go together. It was soooo good. He got the Southern Peach, which tasted just like Hennessy to me so I didn't like it. I got the Worm Burner and it was really good. For food, we got the Cajun combo skillet and jambalaya pasta - both were amazing! Since it's pretty far out from me, I can't wait to recreate the pasta at home. read more

I came here during early Sunday afternoon and it didn't look busy inside but I'm assuming because of shortage of staff, we had to wait. Luckily though, it was only a 15-20 minute wait for my part of 3. The staff were super nice and our waiter took excellent care of us. We ordered a lot of food but I had the boudin balls and the jambalaya pasta. The boudin balls were super tasty! I love the mixture inside with rice and meat and dipping it in the sauce made it spicy but flavorful! The jambalaya pasta was a HUGE portion, it can definitely be shared by 2! It was super flavorful but i think because of the large overwhelming portion, I got tired of it after a few bites. But hey, I'm not complaining; you're getting a bang for your buck! The only issue I had during my stay were the nats that were flying around at our seating area (booth). But overall, will definitely try other items on the menu! read more

I enjoy your Cajun food, so I decided to try Razzoo's. The food portion sizes were very long large, but the food did not have a lot of flavor. I had to add hot sauce to provide a depth of flavor to my meal. The crawfish étouffée was pretty good, and the alcohol drink sizes were very large. When I say there was a hair in my food- Y'all im not joking there was a hair in my fry. And I know it wasn't my hair cause I had my hair tied back in a bun.
