Third time here. Timely service. Friendly personnel if for this non-Spanish speaking customer. Yes there are English speaking personnel. Clean. Good Social distancing markers. Mask required. Palettas are great tasting. Tortas especially the chicken tinga are tasty. First time using yelp to order on the way there. It said 1hour wait for pick up. Walked in and they got my order ready as there was no customers inside. So only a 10-15 minute wait for food prep As they make tortas to order. Have never been disappointed with anything I've tried from here. Everything is great including the staff, they're always very kind. They get super busy sometimes but they try to get everything done as quick as possible without being sloppy with your order. Only suggestion for them would be to have more employees staffed per shift, I feel guilty ordering multiple things because I see how busy the staff is taking care of customers in the store while also preparing all the Ubereats and Grubhub orders. read more

When they first opened the place it was great, but now that they have apps where you can order food to go they take forever to take care of the customers that's actually go inside to order. It has gotten worse over time. The wait is horrible and it's takes a long time for someone to notice you and get your order taken. There's also attitude that comes from the girls helping you. We had a six hour layover at Chicago Midway, so we met up with a friend and started looking for some place close to get desert. This place popped up. It was only six minutes away. I was blown away by the amount of variety being offered. There were so many flavors of popsicles. They all sounded delicious and then I spotted the ice cream! It reminds me so much of the gelato they have in Italy. They even had Rum Raisin, which is the first time I have seen it offered in the USA! My husband got that one and the Abuelita flavor and both were good. I decided to try the Gansito and it too was really good. I wish they were close to where I live so I can go back and try every flavor they offer. But alas, they are not. read more

First impression walking in was how big, clean and fancy this place was for a neveria. I noticed their mini donuts were new so I ordered those dusted with abuelita chocolate! They're amazing. Best place for fast service and great snacks. Our neighborhood is not short of snack shops but this one is by far the best on customer service and handling large crowds. Most places have a line out of the door but Razpachos handles their customers so quickly and efficiently you're always in and out but mostly satisfied. I drive for Uber & Grubb and have been here 3Xs this past week. Each time customers were NOT practicing social distancing even with feet painted on floor spaces 6 ft. apart.
