I found Auto Repair 74 online and gave them a call, worried I wouldn't find help on a Friday afternoon. To my surprise, they welcomed me to bring the car in right away. As soon as I arrived, they quickly checked the electrical system. Bobby even offered me a ride to a nearby restaurant so I could grab lunch while they diagnosed the issue--such a thoughtful gesture! Before I'd even finished eating, I received a message letting me know the car was running smoothly again. They also explained what to watch for and what to do if the light reappeared. The perfect ending? No charge! I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. If I ever have car trouble in Birmingham again, I know exactly where I'm going. Highly recommended!

I stopped by this business as I passed it on a morning drive and decided to ask them if they could…read morehelp me with my mid 1980's Camaro sound system. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

I haven't had a working clock, radio or speakers in our car for about eight months now. We've learned to adjust and live without but always hated it. Bob kept me updated through the day what was going on, "Tow truck made it with your vehicle". "Lots of problems but they all tie in to this core issue. However, your clock/radio isn't tying in, was that a prior problem?" "Vehicle is ready!" Bob, Jason, you and your mechanic staff are always awesome!
