The staff was very nice and explained everything for me. She informed me on how to save money if I wanted to come often , but all I really want is once at the most two visits. There were many choices, I had no idea to most of them. I believe she picked the best option for me. The entire place was very clean and inviting. The bed was great and the fan was amazing! Since it was my first time tanning I did the level 5 bed for 10 of the 12 min and think I will go back and do it for the full 12 min. I TAN well as I don't burn easy, but it takes a lot of tanning to darken so this may be a lot for some. They will help you find your bed and number. I'm happy with my results. When I first got finished I didn't really see a difference and she explained I would darken as the day went on and I have :) easy finding a parking space, not far off the 64 exit and even with other customers coming in, everything was explained to each of us and it was not much of a wait at all.

The Gym has been under new management for a few months now and it sure isn't what it used to be…read more Sanitation is lacking, there are never enough towels to wipe down the equipment before and or after use. Apparently the new manager doesn't like to do laundry hence the lack of towels. Broken equipment stays broken for substantial amounts of time. This may be because the equipment is older then a dinosaurs and parts aren't available anymore or mabey management doesn't care. The locker rooms are only cleaned once a week and not cleaned very well when they are cleaned. Recently I was in the men's shower where I noticed BLACK MOLD . After reporting this to the OWNER I was berated for complaining. The new manager is lacking terribly in customer service. Her typical response to concerns or complaints is "its my gym it's my way, if you don't like it go somewhere else". Apparently if you don't kiss the new managers ( you know what ) your considered a problem member and are no longer welcome there. This used to be a great place to go, wonderful gym community, well managed, etc. Apparently the owners and the new manager now just consider it there cash cow and don't care about the condition of the gym or what the members think. This is the cheapest gym in town but remember you get what you pay for and in this case your not getting much. I recommend spending a little more money and going to a well maintained gym with good equipment. Be aware of the lack of sanitation, you never know what kind of sickness or disease you could pick up here.
