The staff was very nice and explained everything for me. She informed me on how to save money if I wanted to come often , but all I really want is once at the most two visits. There were many choices, I had no idea to most of them. I believe she picked the best option for me. The entire place was very clean and inviting. The bed was great and the fan was amazing! Since it was my first time tanning I did the level 5 bed for 10 of the 12 min and think I will go back and do it for the full 12 min. I TAN well as I don't burn easy, but it takes a lot of tanning to darken so this may be a lot for some. They will help you find your bed and number. I'm happy with my results. When I first got finished I didn't really see a difference and she explained I would darken as the day went on and I have :) easy finding a parking space, not far off the 64 exit and even with other customers coming in, everything was explained to each of us and it was not much of a wait at all.

The employee I spoke with was kind and clearly told me it would not be a problem. Based on that, I drove over 30 minutes to the salon with my son. When I arrived, I set up my account, paid, and was ready to go back when the assistant manager, Sarah, came up and said my baby was not allowed in the back and I would have to leave and come back another time. When I explained that I had specifically called ahead to confirm this, she tried to tell me I must have called the corporate office--which was completely untrue. I repeated the exact number I called (the Pantops location), and instead of taking responsibility, she doubled down and refused to acknowledge the mistake. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and no effort to make it right--despite the fact that I had just driven over 30 minutes each way with a baby based on incorrect information from their staff. I also had to specifically ask for a refund; it was not offered upfront. Yes, I ultimately received my money back--but that does not excuse the wasted time, unnecessary trip, and dismissive attitude. The issue wasn't just the policy, it was the complete lack of accountability and basic customer service. If this is how new customers are treated, I would not recommend this location.
