Disappointing results, poor communication, and a failed warranty…read more I want to start by saying I don't expect perfection. However, I do expect a repair to be comparable to other curb rash repairs I've had in the past. Because my wheel only had a mild case of rash, I decided to try a mobile service this time instead of my usual dedicated wheel shop. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Communication was poor; our first appointment fell through entirely, despite me confirming the time and providing the location via Yelp. When he finally did show up, he tried to charge me more than the agreed-upon price and I had to show him our message history just to verify it. While he managed to get the job done, the actual repair work speaks for itself (see photos). As you can see in the "before" picture, the damage was minimal. In the "after" picture, the original rash was replaced with a rough patch that actually extended to the inner edge; an area that wasn't even damaged initially. Further down the rim, there was a visible dust nib and a glob of paint on a previously perfect section. When I immediately pointed out these flaws, the technician was very dismissive. However, he eventually scheduled me for a touch-up/repaint to address my complaints, but then completely ghosted me. To top it all off, the repair lacked any real durability; despite being promised a one-year warranty against chipping and bubbling, the paint chipped on its own just a few weeks later. I am unsatisfied with this service to say the least. If you want quality results that last, I highly recommend bypassing this mobile service and taking your business to a dedicated wheel repair shop.

Exactly as advertised!…read more Christian did an amazing job fixing the curb rash on two of our cars. Some of the damage was deep, and I worried it would be complicated to repair my wheels. I admit I was skeptical when he said he wouldn't have to remove the wheel from the car, and I'm glad I was wrong! The mobile service is really convenient. He showed up on time and took care to clean up before he left. I called a few other shops in the OC area and found his pricing to be competitive.

It needs heat, hydraulics, etc. But he talked to me about pros and cons of fixing something like my rim. He counseled me on what do, which was tell the dealership "no" to $2,800 for stock wheels and spend less than half that for aftermarket rims. He felt the rim may be too damaged and suggested that new wheels might be safer. His knowledge is incredible. His personality is epic. 5 stars to a rad guy!!!

This is my own personal experience so don't let my review falter you from reaching out. I reached…read moreout for a dented rim repair as shown in my photos. The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

The wheel they sent me was a different wheel that didn't fit the vehicle. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip.
