Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.

I was referred to Raymond for an outlet for my water softener and he provided more than just the service. I had a few other issues and wants in the house and he took a look at them and gave me his two cents and quote (all reasonable IMO). His Instagram portfolio is incredible and it helps that he's personable and entertaining when he works too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and have plans on having him come back to fix things that other electricians weren't capable of doing but did a half a** job at. Lesson learned: should've called Raymond first. PS: he's got referrals in his pocket for your other needs too. I also needed a mini split mounted and he gave me a great referral that got it done just as quick.

Came back in and stated "I don't know what the problem is, but I can do a diagnostic, just the diagnostic would be $1,475" we said no, he left. -Next guy comes very cocky over the phone, he says $375, my husband says if you fix it. He laughed and said no when I fix it, I know what I'm doing. He came spent and hour and a half switching on and off stuff that had nothing to do with that area. Fixed nothing and said he didn't know what it was but wanted to run a line and it be $1,700 and it "should fix it" but we'd have to schedule it but his cost for coming out that day was $250 which he said was a discount, though he did nothing. -3rd guy never even showed he wanted to guide us over the phone, which did nothing. he said he'd come out but for $150 we said ok but he never came. Finally we found TM Electrical. lights were on in less than 10 mins, and they fixed the socket on the deck. TM Electrical is professional, efficient, reasonable, and actually gets the job done no BS, didn't leave a mess like one of the other guys did.
