Chad and the team at Lighting Republic are top notch. We first approached Chad about setting up…read morelandscape lighting as we neared completion of a yard renovation. Throughout the process Chad was clear, flexible, and efficient. His recommendations were great, prices were fair, and the quality of his work top notch. Not only did the project turn out well, but the smart home integration made the difference. Now, we are looking at other projects for inside the house as well as other electrical projects we definitely plan to work with Chad and the Lighting Republic team when it's time!

When we first met Chad back in May 2021, we were looking to get some low lighting in the front &…read moreback yard. Chad was very knowledgeable as my wife and I did not know much about low lighting. Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.

We had the pleasure of working with Chris while searching for the perfect couch for our new home…read more Because we're furnishing a smaller living room, the dimensions needed to be very specific. With kids in the house, we were also looking for something that offered extra storage, could double as a daybed, was comfortable for lounging, and came in a color that could handle frequent spills. That's exactly why we highly recommend MoPedic Mattress. They quickly found a couch that checked every box and were able to deliver it within just a few days. Although we assembled it ourselves, we were more than happy to do so given how affordable it was. Chris maintained great communication throughout the entire process and was incredibly easy to work with. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we're extremely pleased with our purchase. We will definitely buy from MoPedic again and have already been recommending them to others. Thank you so much!

I was referred to Raymond for an outlet for my water softener and he provided more than just the service. I had a few other issues and wants in the house and he took a look at them and gave me his two cents and quote (all reasonable IMO). His Instagram portfolio is incredible and it helps that he's personable and entertaining when he works too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and have plans on having him come back to fix things that other electricians weren't capable of doing but did a half a** job at. Lesson learned: should've called Raymond first. PS: he's got referrals in his pocket for your other needs too.
