I had imaging done at NWR in Carmel, today…read more I appreciated the text reminder with location and timing details. The online check-in was cumbersome. There were mistakes in pre-populated info that I wasn't able to fix to complete the registration. They also asked questions that I thought that my physician should have answered, because I didn't know the answer. Any way, I filled out 3/4 of the forms on line, but that didn't matter, because I had to fill them out again when I arrived. Plan 20 minutes to fill out forms. The nurse was professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable. She carefully explained the procedure and what to expect. The tech was efficient and helpful. The offices are immaculate (I think they just moved into the facility). The scanning equipment (seems to be) state of the art. The scans were completed in the promised amount of time and I was allowed to leave. I think they send results to my physician. I guess I should have asked, but it would have been nice if they told me. Minor suggestions, they could provide more reading material for waiting (or tell me to bring my own). Some art on the walls would also be a nice distraction. And coffee/water for waiting family members would be nice. All in all, they get the important part right.

After discovering a mass during a routine mammogram, I was scheduled for an ultrasound. The…read moreradiologist came into the room and told me after the ultrasound that I would need to come back for a needle aspiration, possible biopsy, and that I would have lifting restrictions for the remainder of the day with that procedure. When I came back for the needle aspiration, the staff were casually talking about the weather getting warm and taking their dogs for a walk while I'm lying there wondering if my life will go back to normal or if it will be upside down from a resulting cancer diagnosis. After the needle aspiration I had asked for the restriction paperwork. I was informed that they couldn't find any type of paperwork to support what the physician told me. I said I'd call back if I needed it. When I returned to work I was asked by my manager to provide it. I called back to request it. The woman on the phone seemed bothered and irritated by me and insisted that since no biopsy was done that there were no restrictions. I had made previous arrangements regarding my work day based on what the physician told me at the previous visit. If a physician instructs a pt to limitations, then it is the imaging center's responsibility to provide that paperwork. If not, that is bad patient care. It felt like since there was no concern for cancer that they didn't want to be bothered with me any longer.

After my initial consultation a care plan was developed. From that point on the process was completely seamless. Due to another condition I have, my procedure was a bit more complicated and required multiple disciplines. The communication and coordination from ISG was fantastic. The entire staff at ISG, from the office to the surgeons, are concerned and caring. They are on time and efficient. Something you don't experience in health care often. It's been 5 days since my procedure and the constant pain in my leg is gone. Thank you Dr. Ye, Dr, Robinson, Bobby and Kaitlin. I am so looking forward to a full recovery and a new pain free life. I have been a patient of Dr. Arbuckle's for about two years while dealing with lower back pain…read morethat, for a long time, had no clear explanation. Throughout this journey, I have had several injections and two ablations, and through every step, Dr. Arbuckle never gave up on finding answers and helping me find relief. What I appreciate most about Dr. Arbuckle is that he truly listens. He takes the time to hear my concerns, explains things in a way I can understand, and always makes sure I know what the next steps are. Even when something didn't work as hoped, he continued to look for solutions rather than giving up. Chronic pain can be incredibly frustrating and exhausting, especially when you don't have a clear explanation for why you're hurting. Having a doctor who is patient, compassionate, persistent, and genuinely invested in helping makes all the difference. I am extremely grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Arbuckle and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic back pain. He has truly been a wonderful doctor throughout this entire journey.

She is kind, warm, knowledgeable, and thorough in her explanation of the procedure. This year's exam came with a "pitch" regarding AI assisted analysis at an additional cost. The facility is clean. The staff is kind and professional. I have zero complaints. I received my results quickly via the app but still have not received the letter that they mail to you afterwards. Rayus Radiology is conveniently located right off of 465N and 71st Street on Marsh Road. Parking is convenient with several handicapped parking spaces just feet from their front door. The 2 ladies checking patients in were timely, explained everything well, and was glad to answer questions about the intake paperwork. My wait was only 5 or 10 minutes after completing the paperwork. The waiting room has ample seating of different sizes and types. The facility was clean and tidy, and the tech wore gloves at all times. The dressing room is also extremely clean and tidy. The individual lockers were clean, and I locked my personal items in my locker during the procedure. This is at least my 4th year using Rayus for yearly routine exams.
