Alyson was friendly, communicative and took vitals and history. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, who also was friendly and asked about the symptoms and prescribed some meds. In and out in 30 minutes. The waiting area is somewhat dated but spacious. There is plenty of free parking outside. I'll keep coming back and I recommend.

There were mistakes in pre-populated info that I wasn't able to fix to complete the registration. They also asked questions that I thought that my physician should have answered, because I didn't know the answer. Any way, I filled out 3/4 of the forms on line, but that didn't matter, because I had to fill them out again when I arrived. Plan 20 minutes to fill out forms. The nurse was professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable. She carefully explained the procedure and what to expect. The tech was efficient and helpful. The offices are immaculate (I think they just moved into the facility). The scanning equipment (seems to be) state of the art. The scans were completed in the promised amount of time and I was allowed to leave. I think they send results to my physician. I guess I should have asked, but it would have been nice if they told me. Minor suggestions, they could provide more reading material for waiting (or tell me to bring my own). Some art on the walls would also be a nice distraction. And coffee/water for waiting family members would be nice. All in all, they get the important part right.

I've never cried more.. thank God it wasn't the bad news I originally thought. Please just steer clear of this place if you can. I'd even go as far to say I'd pay out of pocket elsewhere if I need any further images.

If you bleeding to death, have chest pains, spiking a fever over 103 or have something life threatening, GO TO THE ER. * The immediate care does not do followup maintenance for things like hypertension, diabetes, or any type of conditions that need to be monitored. But lucky for you, this location has a wonderful family practice/internal med and pediatric primary care doctors. So if you are sick or have conditions we can take care of, stop on by! This place has different doctor's offices and service providers located within this one building. It reminds me of an indoor mini mall, because there is seating in the middle, with offices all around. Me, personally? I've been here to visit the Quest Diagnostics for blood draws, visited the walk-in breast screening services for my yearly mammogram, had an X-ray done for abdominal woes, and brought my children to visit the urgent care. There are also endocrinologists here, OB/GYN care, physical therapists and other physicians and services. The waiting room is big and open, and it's always been very peaceful and calm whenever I have visited. I don't enjoy visiting any kind of doctor at any time, but whenever I visit a doctor or get a procedure done here, it's always been a good experience.
