I went to RAYUS radiology they took my license and my insurance card in order to give it back to me. They went ahead and call me in the back, and I did my MRI and they never returned my license or my insurance card to me, which was their responsibility so I come all the way back home from Danville to Lebanon, Indiana called them and they told me I could come back and pick it up and I told him no way you're gonna send it to me overnight so they said they would and it's been three days since I've been gone from there and I still don't have my license or my insurance card very irresponsible of their team very disorganized read more

Never, ever have I been asked to pay an "estimate" up front of what insurance "may not" cover. My son was sent here by his Dr as a referral for a torn tendon. When I called and asked why my son paid so much for visit, I was told they don't take co-pays. Money up front. I called my insurance company and no one had reached out to United. We have insurance for a reason! They estimated $4000. And get that number from a company called Insta Med! Poor kid paid but I am not happy and neither is United! Scammers!!! read more

The people at the front desk were talking extremely loud about an album drop and not being able to sleep. They always wake up between 3-5am. I get having a good time at work but that shouldn't be happening with a room full of people waiting to be taken back. Or even talking at a normal tone would make it a bit better. We waiting about 20 minutes after our appointment time to be taken back. read more

I had the worst experience here. I was scheduled to have an MRI under sedation with anesthesia due to severe claustrophobia and anxiety. I have a pain control device that I mentioned more than once in my paperwork. My paperwork was not even looked at. When I told the tech I had this device she began yelling at me saying they could not complete my test at that facility because it was "against their policy." When I asked for rationale for not completing it she just kept saying it was against their policy. I eventually had the MRI without any oral or IV anxiety medicine. It was upsetting and I will never go back. And, in the waiting room you can hear the office staff discuss the patients by name. Huge violation of privacy. Beware! read more

I would like to acknowledge Amanda, technician, she went above and beyond to meet my needs for the MRI testing. I am very claustrophobic and have severe panic attacks at times. I unfortunately had a panic attack at the end of the testing and required assistance with cold towels and water to calm me down. Amanda went out of her way to get what I needed and got me calmed down and assisted me all the way to getting me safely into my vehicle so my husband could take me home. THANKS AMANDA!! My MRI experience at Rayus was very unprofessional and difficult. The patient before me walked out shaking her head, bewildered, and said she was glad it was all over. I understand why. The technician blew out two of my veins trying to start an IV and shrugged her shoulders saying "It happens." She stated she could do the procedure without contrast as ordered by the doctor. This is when I asked to see the supervisor and was told that there was none on site and no one was in charge. They sent in a different technician who gave me earplugs and said put them in -- she then proceeded to ask me questions and pulled my hair when removing the earphones. I do not have confidence in the quality of the MRI that was performed nor whether the IV that was eventually anchored was indeed in the right place--life threatening when contrast material is being injected into your body. read more

I needed to have an MRI and was told by my physician's office that my hospital network was booked up for over 4 weeks. When I asked about alternative providers they recommended CDI. I was able to have the procedure done within days vs. weeks. I was treated professionally and respectfully. I was very satisfied from a service perspective. As a first time patient, I found the location was a bit confusing and have recommended that CDI use more prominent signage on the outside of their building. I had not heard of CDI before but based on this initial experience would recommend them for MRI or other similar diagnostic procedures. read more

Great experience here. Staff are very professional and personable and they treat you like a human being versus a patient. The MRI experience was actually very relaxing due to the professionalism of the tech. She made sure I was comfortable giving me a choice of music to listen to in addition to giving me a warm blanket to keep me comfortable during the long procedure. She talked to me every step of the way with explanations to ensure there were no surprises. This resulted in my feeling very calm throughout the experience. They also were able to schedule me in as soon as possible which I greatly appreciate. read more

I would highly recommend everyone gets checked there be cautious of their fouling patients practice! I had two MRIs done on the same day, because Rayus was telling me they would offer a multi-procedure discount if happening on the same day. I even spoke with my insurance and they called Rayus and confirmed the discount and pricing. Now the bill comes out and Rayus apparently does not want to acknowledge the discount. They constantly kick the ball back to the insurance. However, the insurance says Rayus just need to submit a single claim with both procedures instead of two separate claims. Rayus just would not do it! Stay away from this place or record your communications with them so there is evidence. I am seriously considering using legal action for the following reasons: (1) when I was trying to schedule, their representative told me several times to do them on the same day to get the several hundred dollars discount; (2) Insurance had confirmed the pricing and Rayus would not acknowledge and would not do anything to help with the situation. They are technically lying to get patients, and this is not ethical. read more

What can I say? Do I get a free scan for being regular? Where was yelp during my college years. I could have became the duke of CDI. The staff is great. The service is reliable and efficient. This is my wife's first experience and it's going well. Never a fun time in the picture tube. Hopefully all the pictures will have a pretty smile and we will be back up in no time! read more

Excellent Customer Service at this location! I had been to 3 other facilities to get my procedure done but couldn't get it done unfortunately for one reason or another but I came here and walked out successfully getting the procedure completed. The techs made me feel as comfortable as possible, respected, wanted, and very welcomed! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. It's hard to find a place that treats you like a human and not just another number and here I felt respected and at ease. I would highly recommend this facility! read more

I would recommend you bring your own gown and pants etc.... required to wear an Xtra large due to "back logged with laundry" when I am a size four. Must walk in front of other patients in opened gown and nothing else because pants literally would not stay up. Staff member that brought me back offered no personal assistance and a patient's dignity was of no importance. I recommend you find a more compassionate place to have an MRI. read more
