Please just leave it to the specialists that we see post results that come back. I was experiencing debilitating anxiety after results from an ultrasound came back and I had to wait almost 4 days to get in with my specialist to give me the TRUE results of what was found. I've never cried more.. thank God it wasn't the bad news I originally thought. Please just steer clear of this place if you can. I'd even go as far to say I'd pay out of pocket elsewhere if I need any further images.

Some physicians are governed by there practice affiliation to use certain Radiology practices. Instead, I feel like they genuinely care about their patients. If you've never been to the Eagle Highlands facility, you'll be surprise at how quickly you get in and out. Even with outpatient surgery and procedures, they typically meet the timeliness given. Eagle Highlands is easy to find off of 465 West and the 38th Street exit. Turn onto Shore Drive (by McDonald's) and continue to Eagle Highland facility on the left. The secret all first timers need to know is to go to the second entrance when you turn into the parking lot. This applies to labs, radiology, and outpatient procedures. Look for 6850 above the entrance. They have a large parking lot with many handicapped parking spaces and a patient drop-off entrance area with automated doors. I've had several procedures completed over the years from endoscopies, colonscopies, MRI's, x-rays, bone density tests and labs. I've never had an issue with any of the services provided. The lab I was using at Georgetown Plaza closed and I've now started using the lab at Eagle Highlands. Registration went smoothly and quickly and the tech was wonderful as many consider me a hard stick. My wait time for the tech was approximately 10 minutes. I'm not sure why I wasn't currently using the lab since I use their other services. Regardless, I'll continue going to Eagle Highlands since IU West Hospital lab wait time can be more than an hour and always packed. I no longer dread when labs are due.

I mostly interacted with my PT therapist during my time at this location and he was phenomenal. Robert Cash always always has a positive attitude. He will make you feel extremely comfortable from day one. He will converse with you during your session. No quiet awkwardness during your time together. I've had physical therapy in the past at other locations and Scott by far is memorable. I almost hate that my time there is almost over.

The office is modern and clean, and the employees are very friendly and efficient. It's such a quick and easy process, which really helps if you're having anxiety about getting a mammogram. Additionally, making an appointment was a snap. I highly recommend this location.

Luckily, you will find both at Naab Road Surgical Center. I was not a patient at the surgical center, just a loved one in the waiting room. But from my perspective, this place runs like a well-oiled machine. I thought we would be in there for at least three hours, but we were out in 2 hours, and I didn't feel like they rushed anything -- they just knew what they were doing. From a patient's perspective: The nurses and doctors all took the time to explain the procedure, made sure to answer questions, and made sure you're comfortable. You get warm blankets, too. That's a nice touch. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. You could tell that they had everything under control, which puts a person's mind at ease. As for the waiting room: It's a little boring, so be sure to bring reading material or your laptop or what have you. They have free wifi, but you need to ask the person at the front desk for the password. There's free coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and there's a vending machine with snacks and beverages. There's also a water fountain with a water-bottle refilling station. There's one big TV, but it was on a weather channel. I brought my laptop with me to work while I waited, but we were in and out so quickly that I didn't have much time to get anything done! I like a medical facility that is orderly and gets you in and out in a timely manner.

I found it interesting the number of patients that let their family or friends drop them off and then leave. Even with the number of phone calls the surgical center makes and the day of surgical instructions mailed to the patients, the caregiver/driver has to stay in the surgical center until the patient is ready to be released. Several patients were upset they wouldn't perform surgery until the driver returned. They've had stranded patients before and other mishaps occur. Also Uber drivers cannot take medical responsibility for the patient so a family member or friend must be onsite to drive you home. Sarah was terrific prepping me for surgery. The IV even went smoothly which is usually an issue with me. The staff I encountered were friendly, compassionate, personable and professional. The surgical team was thorough with patient transfer, polite and had very calming personalities. Of course, you never remember more than 5 minutes in surgery before the anesthesiologist does his job. The post-op team were amazing. Their very good at their job monitoring the patients while keeping the family in the loop. As soon as they feel you're ready to leave they work toward that goal. Everyone is anxious to be released and they do their best to make that happen as soon as it's safe for the patient. I'd happily return for an outpatient procedure here again.

My check in process went smoothly and quickly even though I had new insurance information. The women checking me in was very personable and friendly. I only waited about 5 minutes before Cindy called me back for my Xray. It actually took longer to change than the xray took. Cindy was nice, very efficient and provided information when the doctor would have the results and how to get a copy of my xray. I was in and out very quickly, received excellent and friendly service and can highly recommend.
