The service was good, easy and the lobby was clean. My first time, my Husband has been here and spoke highly of the fish. We ordered a fish dinner with red beans and rice. The fish was thick, seasoned well. Beans and rice were good. I ordered the shrimp pasta. The portion size was good for the price but I took 2 bites and couldn't eat it. Not sure what the oil base was on the pasta but it was rancid :( it was BAD! For me to NOT eat, my husband was concerned. The bread that was given was just that, bread, not toasted, no garlic bread, nothing. I threw all of it in the trash. This is why I have 3 star rating. I would return and just order fish only.

I normally love the sweet and sour chicken and it was great but I actually preferred the Mongolian beef - lots of onions but we are obsessed with them. If you get the dinner/lunch special, it's $1 more for the side

It came with chicken fried rice and an egg roll. The orange chicken definitely had a very sweet but spicy orange flavor, you could really taste the orange. He loved it. The parking lot is really big but shared with other stores.

After settling into a booth we ordered the chapuzón mixto, a pastor gordita, and a steak gordita. The chapuzón mixto came with a basket of tostada shells and crackers, and a small cup of special habanero sauce. Spicy, flavorful, and loaded with shrimp. The gorditas were nice-sized but the steak could have used more seasoning. Our waitress was super-sweet and accommodating. Toward the end of our meal a dust-up ensued between a couple of the revelers. The music stopped, chairs and tables were needlessly rearranged, and one cowboy shirt would soon be headed to the cleaners. Stuff happens, right? All-in-all we had an exciting time but the food left us a little underwhelmed.

She mentions to the person on the phone that it is slow in the restaurant and she is so bored. I looked around at the dirty tables, dirty walls, filthy corners of the floor, and sticky counter and thought, "You could alleviate some boredom if you cleaned a little." In my jobs at restaurants a common mantra was always, "You got time to lean, you got time to clean!" She clearly wanted nothing to do with cleaning. Ordered a shrimp and catfish combo. Catfish fillets had skin on them and were tough and gross. Shrimp was fine. Fries were soggy and not crisp at all. Greasy and terrible. If only there was a way to give zero stars....

3/5 total - and they all go to the chefs. Service needs work…read more Sunday lunch here was a great choice though - no big crowds, immediate seating and quick food service. I chose to be seated at the sushi bar as I was dining alone, unfortunately, it was quite a wait for the server to come to me and grab an order. I was greeted with a water and a complimentary edamame appetizer, that was a nice touch and they were delicious. I was planning on ordering the "lunch special" and my fault, but I didn't notice it said M-F only. Immediately my server, Fifi, quickly pointed that out rather rudely and stood beside me tapping her pen while I browsed the menu instead of coming back to give me time to browse - it was odd and uncomfortable but I chose two sushi rolls and a glass of wine. My sushi came out before my drink, so I waited for my wine while I indulged in the most delicious sushi rolls, freshly made and the salmon and shrimp were very fresh. I ordered a Salmon Roll + Boston Roll. When my server came back I asked for a side of miso sauce. She frowned, looked puzzled, said no, and walked away. A few moments later I caught her attention and daid, it's on the menu, may I please get a side of it. Again she told me no, stating they don't have it, she brought me a menu and I pointed it out. A few minutes later the chefs at the sushi bar are talking to her and finally, I got a side of miso sauce, for a $2 up-charge (which I was expecting, and agreed to). Overall, the service was mediocre and it didn't feel friendly at all. She did check on me a couple of times but by no means was it exceptional or welcoming. At the end I received my tab to notice an automatic 18% gratuity/service fee added. I understand the service fee's, but the gratuity being included really is a bummer. Overall, the stars are for the chefs - the food and sauces was great, but the service needs some work and menu training to be more knowledgeable about what's offered
