Every time I go in there they have a bad attitude, tried teturning a defective item and one of the young employee, named John with me saying they would never sell a defective item like that. Then called me a liar. I asked for a manager, a even worst attitude saying we don't sell defective items. .. Wanted to get their info so I can call corporate office and wounld not aware the phone when asking to speak to a manager. I will never go back there. The crew and it's manager are ALWAYS there to help with a smile and greeting. I chose to shop here at this store and I AM NOT ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD when I walk through their doors and that is NOT their fault or job to fix. I want good service and a fair price and that is the #1 priority. The change I have seen in this store over the last 6 months has been HUGE!!! I can go in and get multiple quantities of the same product NOW because they have CLEARLY put an emphasis on INVENTORY and selection. Change is not always good, BUT in this case it is PERFECT!!!!! Pet owners will find accessories for horses, dogs and cats. I remember seeing a variety of mice and other small rodents for sale. Live plants were in short supply, but it was winter, and much to be expected for that time of year. With a clean store and friendly employees, I highly recommend.

Throughout the process staff regularly checked in on me and did everything they could to help. Tom and Pete in particular were instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me solve my problem. Excellent service and a great resource for hard-to-find hardware.

Husqvarna's corporate policy allows returns within 30 days, but they can't require a retailer to support their policy. The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. Doing research after the fact, the same mower at Lowes was $400 cheaper and Lowe's stands behind the products and respect customers. When I was informed that it was available for pickup at Customer Service the clerk was unable to find the location of the item. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. But it was for a bunch of heavy stuff, so they never actually filled the order. Just made it look like it so they could keep their job. As 5 consecutive times I've went to pick up big loads that we're supposed to be ready and NOTHING. So I sit and wait an hour at least every time. I don't know how the manager of that dept keeps his job. As him and ROBERT were completely rude little babies. Who didn't want to do their job and find my order. 5 consecutive times I've folks these people have misplaced my order for more than 30 minutes.

Today I had the most extensive and thorough exam I've ever had! Dr. Brown takes his time during the exam to make sure you are comfortable, not rushed and that you understand exactly what is going on. I was shown the photographic images of my eyes as he explained what we were seeing. I have some issues with my retinas that he was able to show me where, and what was happening with them. He was reassuring to me as I had concerns from a prior diagnosis done at a large local eye center where I felt "herded" through and dismissed. This office is so kind, personal and caring. I wish I'd found them years ago! I highly recommend them!!!
