I chose Dr Lieberman to be my primary OB after reading her bio on the website and also per recommendation by Dr Hernandez, who was previously my primary when I miscarried with my first (she no longer does OB). Dr Lieberman is down to earth and relatable. She shared personal experiences and made me feel like she understood me. I was anxious about going past my due date due to my brothers wedding being 10 days after and Dr Lieberman came up with a safe tentative plan to ensure I delivered by my due date, if not before (when I was full term). She completely eased my mind and gave me all the research behind why induction at 39 weeks was safe. When it came time for my induction, Dr Lieberman was thorough with explaining each part of the process. Her colleague, Dr Marsh is honestly just as wonderful and was the OB that ultimately completed my delivery. Dr Marsh is just as relatable and attentive as Dr Lieberman. You cannot go wrong with either of them! If and when I have my next baby, I'll definitely be going back to them :)

Dr. Reilly did not take all the cancer out....but he gave me and my husband a disheartening lecture about it was all how we viewed it: "Glass half empty or glass half full." "Chemo will mop up the rest." So we went to Dr. Annekathryn Goodman at Mass. General. She took the rest of the ovarian cancer out. She is a meticulous surgeon and wonderful doctor. Think about it, I could have gone to Dr. Goodman and have done with it with one, that's ONE, abdominal surgery and chemo.

Not only is she professional and dedicated but I have been made to feel as though I am in excellent hands not matter what the situation has been from annual exams to in-house surgeries to delivering my first child. I cannot go on enough about the entire team at New England OBGyn and Dr. Monsein herself. Even though Dr. Monsein did not end up even delivering my child which initially made me nervous as I was so comfortable with her the two doctors from the practice who were on duty were outrageously phenomenal! Do I have to wait a while for my appointments, yes both in and out of the exam room. Does it bother me, no as there have been times when they have spent longer then originally anticipated with me at some appointments. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I typically go to the Newton Corner lab (open until 4:15) but unfortunately, I went there and the lab lady took off early. The nice ladies at the front desk suggested I go to the 850 boylston office and I'm glad I did! When I arrived the waiting room was packed and they were so efficient getting thru everyone quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all!! Love the extended hours! Located on the first floor with limited parking! Best bet is to use the valet.

The OB office has scheduled me numerous appointments, given me a printout of the appointment, then I show up for the appointment and somehow I have the wrong day and time yet I have the printout saying I'm at my correct appointment. When I set up a babysitter and drive my very pregnant self over here, that's pretty frustrating to be told to come back tomorrow.. And it doesn't help the receptionist has a complete blank face when she says it. No apology or anything. The doctors are always behind which I get but they literally spend three seconds in the room so how do they run behind?!

The advantage of going to a…read moreprivate clinic like WHS vs Planned parenthood, is that they can get you in faster, and don't force you do a 72hr waiting period, or short range follow up visits. Time is tissue. If you are looking Abortion services, look at the National Abortion Federation website and also the Abortion Care Network. As of 2019, the cost for first trimester work is $700, and you can pay exact cash if you like. The OB/GYN literature suggests that surgery is preferable to pills because it's a one shot procedure, and you won't be cramping and passing blood for the next week which can create additional stress. WHS is a member of the National Abortion Federation, and follows professional society guidelines/accreditation. If you get surgery, then you will almost certainly get partial/full anesthesia, and will need a ride. The discharge area is behind the building on a lower entrance. If you look closely you will often see police hanging out further down the drive way or in the Walgreens parking lot. (If you get a script for antibiotics, get it filled right away, as you want to take post surgical antibiotics within 1-2 hours of surgery to get the best protective effect) I can't say anything about the procedure itself, but the waiting area has a gloomy awkward atmosphere, for obvious reasons. Bring a book, and drink something first because the designated driver can't leave after the procedure begins.

She's totally cool, very understanding, and will always take the time to explain stuff to you if need/ask. The staff at the office is really nice, too. The only reason she's not getting 5 stars is because there is ALWAYS a wait at the office, unless you have the first appointment of the day. So that's frustrating, but understandable, as I don't know of a doctor's office that actually sees their patients at their scheduled appointment time. Regardless, I'm a fan of my gyno. Her office is in the doctor's building at St. Elizabeth's, which is really at 11 Nevins St. So I'm spreading the word about my gyno. But she's worth it. Hey, I don't put my feet up in the stirrups for just anyone, now!

This review is regarding the wait time I've experienced at Dr. Marshall's office…read more While I understand that most doctor's appointments do not run EXACTLY on schedule, there have been times that I have waited AN HOUR AND A HALF past my scheduled appointment time. In addition, it has been so crowded in the waiting room that people sat on the floor! I like Dr. Marshall and think she is a great doctor, but something needs to be done to improve the issues listed above.
