He was compassionate and never gave up trying to find the root cause of my immune issues. By far the best doctor, and I am blessed I was a patient for so long. He found health problems other doctors didn't see. NEW DOCTOR AT HIS OFFICE IS A JOKE.

Dr. Cuchural is an infectious diseases doctor and also a primary care doctor. I have been a medical puzzle for years and Dr. Cuchural found things that other doctors haven't even heard of let alone tested me for! I am so thankful to have answers. Dr. Cuchural often works very late into the night because unlike other doctors, he spends as much time with a patient as he or she needs. He doesn't rush or cut appointments short and genuinely cares for his patients. If you stump him with a question, he will pull all of his electronic gadgets out and look up the answer for you. He fits patients in last minute even if it means he has to stay even later. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, which is imperative to me because I have severe anxiety. Julie, the nurse, is just as amazing. She is has a dry sense of humor and is absolutely hysterical, which helps when I'm feeling particularly anxious or overwhelemed from medical issues. I have literally walked in there crying many times and come out smiling. It's always a pleasure seeing her. I feel incredibly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Cuchural's office and hope that this review reaches someone else he may be able to help.

I went to tufts in boston and had it lanced. it healed but apparently not fully. Most likely because( FJL AUTO REPAIR, my employer) did not allow me to follow up. I have a 3rd surgery in June but did not make it because unfortunately I had to go to this progressional waiting room of death, thanks DIANE! I say this because Diane has a problem with addicts and although 3 1/2 clean from heroin i watched people be taken care of whom arrived after me...before me. I have 2 functioning B holes and apparently after a cat scan; DIANE said it is acceptable, sent me home with ZERO directions. i cannot function normally nor would anybody. Every step i take, my second B hole leaks but diane's accepting of that. In fact i was told to take more laxatives. I now will not leave the house because in doing so i need to hold my bum or else i need to change. My life has been uprooted and my insurance haws already been billed 10k, diane gets to go home normally while I suffer. Thanks South Shore you guys are the worst. GO TO MILTON HOSPITAL P.s.

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had during my visit on 5/12/2026…read more I arrived on time for my 7:30 AM appointment, as I had confirmed with Angela the day before. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked for my name and date of birth and instructed me to have a seat, assuring me that someone would come to get me shortly. While waiting, a nurse came out and was told by the receptionist that "both your patients are here." At that time, there were only two other individuals in the waiting area. However, I waited for approximately 35-40 minutes, during which more than half a dozen patients who arrived after me were called in before me. I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay. She responded by raising her voice and stating that the nurses were "working and getting your stuff ready" and that I would be called when they were done. Shortly afterward, she went to check, and my nurse came out immediately, apologizing and explaining that she had not been informed of my arrival and that everything had been ready for me since 7:30. This indicates that I was not checked in properly, and the information I was given earlier was inaccurate and she LIED to me. Additionally, as I left the office, the receptionist loudly said "have a nice day" in a tone that felt sarcastic and unprofessional. I was very disappointed by both the delay and the receptionist's demeanor. I value punctuality and clear communication, and I did not feel respected during this interaction. I hope this feedback can be used to improve communication and patient experience moving forward.
