Sunog allegedly said that I had spoken to him bad in September and got into an altercation with him (Which NONE of that is True ) because I specifically had told him that my child is not to be seen by him because back in June at the old office DR.Alvarez office he swab my son for COVID test literally aggressively putting his hands above his heads and his body weight on top like if he was an adult I complain about him back in June and he has no longer seen my son so the fact that they want to lie and just make up things just to no longer deal with you or your kids is sick I also ask to speak to someone up and they say there's no one that it's a private office this private office should be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! The radiology department is slow nor on-call which most hospitals are there are a few good nurses in this hospital, but the rest lack the brain capacity to remember anything like to get your patient a cup of ice water or to change/clean their portable toilet. I will never come back with me or my wife, I suggest many people to do the same. Also, if you're looking for efficient, staff and knowledgeable staff, I would not go here unprofessional, dishonest, rude. Our room had needles on the floor in the corner that no one seemed to wanna pick up this place is an absolute disaster. I would not come back even if I got paid too.

Absolute worst practice I've ever been to. Not really speaking specifically about the doctors, but…read morethe way this place is run is laughable. There's not somebody there to draw blood anytime I ever go. I have to go to Brockton Hospital to have any lab work done. That's a whole other catastrophe in there. I'm leaving this practice because I had my physical last month. The doctor I saw left the practice at the end of the month, she neglected to refill any of my prescriptions. When I try to get a prescription refilled the doctor that took over refused to fill it unless I came in. I explained I was just in a month ago and saw the doctor and she discussed my prescription with me and decided for me to continue taking it. This new doctor still insisted I had to come in and pay for a doctor's visit before she would refill the prescription. This sounds like an insurance scam if I've ever heard one. What is the purpose of a patient chart if you don't follow it? The fact that their doctor screwed up and didn't put any refills on it shouldn't be my fault. I would even consider going in to meet the doctor if they didn't charge me a fee. But I did my part and went in for my physical and discussed the prescription. And by the way it's not a narcotic or anything controlled so WHAT is the big deal. Like I said. Worst ever there. They also would continuously cancel my appointments and change them to times of their choosing without asking if that was okay. Just completely terrible patient relations.
