I've reached out multiple times in an attempt to have them correct it but keep getting the runaround. They've performed numerous unnecessary or incorrect labs as well. To make matters worse, even when you get abnormal test results, they don't bother reaching out to explain anything The irony is, when they want to milk you and insurance for $, they'll recommend all types of unnecessary follow ups and procedures/ surgeries for something that should not be a concern. I've yet to actually see my PCP; I've only been able to see the NP. The quality( or lack thereof) of care is appalling. And if that wasn't enough, they never have specialty appointments available. If it wasn't next to impossible to find a decent doctor taking new patients, I'd never return to this disaster of a place.

I went in for a procedure- a lumbar epidural and I had immediate positive results! Truly amazing- I am blown away and I am relishing my near pain free body and I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Dana Zalkind and her nursing team. The nearly new facility, right off I-95 in Dedham, is squeaky clean, modern, and has all the modern technology. I hope that I do not have to return in the future, but if I do, I will know that I will be in fantastic hands and with very skilled professionals that care.

Dedham was the closest so we trekked the 25 minutes for urgent care. You get there and scan a QR code, get into a queue, and wait in the car for a text to enter. This night, the wait was not long. A shout out to the staff - from front desk to doctor. They did not let us leave until we knew what was going on and a plan for when we leave. Thank you! They force you to leave a voicemail so they can screen whether or not you're worth a call back. IF YOU LIST A PHONE NUMBER, DON'T MAKE IT A MAILBOX ONLY.
