Big THUNK and then not moving in any direction…read more These guys picked it up for nothing, brought it to their shop the same day, and told me that in 5 days they would get to it and tell me what was wrong and what it would cost. At that point I could choose to have it fixed or call someone to tow it away. I was expecting a failed transmission and a bill running into the $1000s. On the NEXT DAY they surprised me and called to say they looked at the car and it was not a failed transmission (which I thought it was) but a broken front axle. $565... did I want it repaired? (yes). It was fixed before noon on Thursday. It is very rare to get a company to do the right thing every step of the way. These guys did it even quicker than initially quoted. I am not easily impressed and these guys impressed me a lot.
