Funny that proof doesn't lie, only people do. In the pictures of the messages you can clearly see that her offer was $25 for 1 and $20 for 2 or more but then she lies and says that is means "starting at." It was never about the money. It was about integrity, which Janny clearly struggles with. I don't recommend trusting her to be honest or professional. Double down if you choose, I know the truth, and tell it also.

FOUR days later it was all GONE. I messaged Beth and she said "it's called ghosting phase, people typically lose 30-50% of ink, it will reappear." 2 weeks later I still had no eye brows so I messaged Beth again and she told me "its ghosting they will come back, touch-ups are important." I cancelled the next apt and asked for a refund, she agreed but only gave me $25 back b/c I didn't give her notice (remind you, she rescheduled on me 4 times). I'm very unhappy with my results and lost a lot of money and I lost 100% of the microblading b/c she did it wrong and she knew it was wrong, that's why she asked me leave with ink on my face. Any "professional artist" would have refunded an unhappy client, instead Beth blamed me for not wanting to continue paying her "touch-ups." In order to get "desired results" you have to continue to go back and pay for touchups. You can't waste her time, but she can waste yours.
