I had a quote from another company at a slightly lower price and asked if they would be willing to match it. They promptly agreed and quickly coordinated the job. The project manager Paula communicated with me every step of the way and her crew arrived as scheduled. They performed the job quickly and left everything organized and off to the side while the roof was replaced. Once the roof was replaced there was a slight delay in getting the panels reinstalled, but Paula let me know right away of the delay and her crew arrived as promised to reattach the panels. They quickly reinstalled the panels and left the sight very clean (as if they had not been there at all). I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication and courtesy shown by Green Muscle Solar. We all hate to shell out a few thousand dollars for these types of projects, but it makes it less painful when you deal with a company who goes above and beyond to get the job done.

My system has been up and running for a while now and we couldn't be happier. Our APS bills are already way lower than last year and we haven't even hit summer yet. Dave used to work for the company that installed my system, but is now one of the owners of Sunny Energy RX. I reached out to him with some questions, and he answered right away. Every once in a while, I have questions about my system or things it does, and Dave is always available to answer my questions and give me advice. He is under no obligation to help me out, but always does. He is always friendly, professional, and gets back to me quickly. I wanted to sign up for the monitoring service they have (one less thing for me to worry about). Unfortunately, they do not support my system yet (they are working on it, though), but Dave said that he will check on it from time to time on his own, just to help me out! Wow! It's great to know that there is a company that will assist us, diagnose problems, and do repairs for those of us who had our installers go out of business. It was difficult finding a company to diagnose my problem, let alone install new solar panels. Dave from Sunny E jumped in and replaced my solar panel within a few of weeks - it would take months for SunPower to replace a panel. Not only that, Dave took care of interfacing with Maxeon regarding the warranty. Maxeon was also very reasonable regarding handling the warranty so I had an excellent experience! Tom Y
