Not to sound mean but I appreciate that they lock the bathrooms and only allow guests to use it. It was clean and orderly. It was nice to use a bathroom that didn't have toilet paper all over the floor or used paper towels that didn't make it into the trash can. My fabulous drink was waiting for me when I came out. It had a lovely note on it which I adore! I added my half and half and a packet of sweetner. Just what I needed to pick me up after shopping all afternoon. My drink was perfectly made! The barista said good bye to me and used my name. How kind of her to address me instead of just saying bye or saying nothing. It's crazy that this location has such a low rating.
