Anyone that is offering their services would know that 3 1/2 hours for a Mani/pedi is preposterous. I was really upset with my pedicure because normally a pedicure does not take longer than an hour. She didn't really do much on my pedicure. She didn't remove any callus. yet I was charged $90. I paid the amount because I just wanted to leave and never come back. the total for my manicure and pedicure was $255 which is an absurd amount. I got builder gel and design on my natural nails - a design that usually cost me about 125 in my regular salon. I only came here because it was closer to me at the time. I have learned my lesson and I will never be back here.

She is so talented and her attention to detail was mind blowing. I was so used to a quick turnaround with my other shop but Elena took her time and I am truly grateful. Reactions to poor quality glue or lashes being glued directly to the eyelid. Painful fills. The works. I had almost given up on getting lash extensions. It just wasn't worth it anymore. I never got the look I wanted and they never lasted more than a week at a time. It took months for my lashes to grow back after I finally had them removed and they were so weak and brittle, I couldn't even really wear mascara. So I did exactly what you're doing now. Read through hundreds of reviews for hundreds of businesses. Somehow, I landed on Jenny. I was extremely anxious when I went in. I had lash PTSD! Within five minutes into the appointment, I was completely at ease. She is so knowledgeable, its crazy. She was able to explain how lashing works, what causes it to be painful or irritating, how to avoid damaging your natural lashes, etc. My lashes came out wonderfully and I have been a faithful client ever since. That was over 2 years ago now. My natural lashes are still growing, healthy and strong. She always gives me exactly the look I'm going for and gives me tips and tricks for keeping my lashes clean. She's honest and will let you know if your lashes need a break or if you need to start taking biotin. Not to mention, she's a total doll. I look forward to my appointments - they've become my own little therapy sessions. I've recommended tons of friends to her and they all feel the exact same way.
