Anyone that is offering their services would know that 3 1/2 hours for a Mani/pedi is preposterous. I was really upset with my pedicure because normally a pedicure does not take longer than an hour. She didn't really do much on my pedicure. She didn't remove any callus. yet I was charged $90. I paid the amount because I just wanted to leave and never come back. the total for my manicure and pedicure was $255 which is an absurd amount. I got builder gel and design on my natural nails - a design that usually cost me about 125 in my regular salon. I only came here because it was closer to me at the time. I have learned my lesson and I will never be back here.

Maybe you need to have better late policies in place for people who don't come to their appointment on time because that always seems to be the excuse. Better yet stop taking walk ins. They prioritize walk ins over their appointments. One time I was the first appointment of the day and was 5 minutes early and somehow still had to wait because someone walked in and wanted a service done and my tech took him. Please explain how that is good business? The salon is clean but their customer service is lacking. I'm sure Evie will respond to this review saying I never spoke up but I did to whichever person was working the front that time. I did voice how frustrating it is to be pushed back because I have an appointment at said time I expect to be seen in a timely manner not 30 min to 1 hour later each time when I have other things to do.

I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure to clean up my nails, toes, and cuticles. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the start. The man who did my manicure wasn't friendly or gentle. He never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and immediately started filing. My fingernails are now uneven and crooked, there's still dirt underneath them, and my cuticles look awful. It was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who did my pedicure was nice, but the quality of the work was just as disappointing. My heels actually look worse than they did before I came in, and my toenails are crooked and jagged and I'll be going home too, even them out on my own. I can't believe I spent nearly $60 for such poor service. To make matters worse, when I was checking out, the woman at the front looked at my tip and asked if I was going to leave more.
