Our dinner at this medium-sized restaurant, with pleasant decor, began pretty well. Servers were quite polite and calm, but they seemed to become slowly overwhelmed by only 40% occupancy on a weekday night.
No one was bussing tables. We didn't have an aperitif, but it wasn't until 45 minutes after seating that the server cleared the plates from the first starter.
Once the food arrived, the taste was very good, especially the goose and the pickled ginger and blackcurrant ice cream. The presentation might have been a bit better, but that is a minor issue.
We'll stop back on our next visit.
