I don't normally leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing enough that I feel future diners should be informed. While I understand that taste can be subjective, the dishes simply did not meet our expectations. What made the experience far worse, however, was the manager's unprofessional, dismissive, and borderline rude attitude. When my friend politely asked whether the drinks were complimentary, the manager rolled her eyes--an unnecessarily disrespectful reaction. Throughout the entire meal, no one came to check on us, ask how the dishes were, or see if we needed anything. At restaurants where we typically spend around €80 per person, this level of service is standard and expected. Because no staff checked in, I had to request the manager myself at the end of the meal. When I tried to share constructive feedback, the manager repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that because they served 52 diners that day and only our table of six had complaints, our feedback was irrelevant. She also stated--rather arrogantly--that they only ask for feedback at the very end and not during the meal. But if something is wrong, what is the point of asking only after everything is finished? As a frequent diner at many restaurants, here is the feedback I tried to share but was not allowed to fully express: The duck dish had a very strong gamey smell, largely because it was covered with a thick layer of fat. While fat can enhance flavor, in this case it intensified both the greasiness and the smell. When I removed some of the fat myself, the duck tasted noticeably better, which suggests that the dish could be significantly improved if the fat were rendered or trimmed more carefully. I actually enjoyed the cranberry component--it balanced the heaviness and added a refreshing touch to the dish. Unfortunately, the manager would not let me finish explaining any of this and dismissed everything by saying, "This is how we do our dishes." As paying customers, we absolutely have the right to share polite and honest feedback. Instead, we were met with eye-rolling, interruptions, and a defensive attitude. The entire interaction made us feel unwelcome, and I honestly cannot tell whether this was due to us being Asian or simply a reflection of poor customer service standards. I hope the restaurant takes this review seriously--both to improve the dishes and, more importantly, to improve the way customer feedback is received.

The experience at Natura was incredible. Every dish was extremely well curated and packed with balanced flavors. The time between services can seem long, but I believe it's all part of the experience. You need time to enjoy every bite and prepare your palate for the next course, and the staff at Natura understands that perfectly. The whole evening flew by, you truly lose track of time.

It was a great experience here. It was very reasonably priced. My husband and I had four course tasting menu and it was really fun. I am only giving four because the service was a bit slow. It took a long time to get our drinks and my husband ordered an extra plate of oyster, but he never got it. We didn't complain since they didn't charge us. Maybe it was a miscommunication in English. I have to say that they were very flexible with my diet restriction and they brought us three extra bites which were nice surprising. I highly recommend the place if you looking for a casual experience in modern Finland food.

They serve a homemade malt bread which I had never had before, a touch of sweetness but savory and definitely delicate at the same time but the butter is absolutely fantastic and a flavor I cannot pinpoint but unique and delicious. The celeriac (vegetarian) dish is a must have, flavorful and delicate at the same time. The dessert portion is really tiny (the cake slice could only accommodate three blueberries on top!) but it is nice and the cream igelayo is soft and delicious. I think prices are a bit steep for the portions but I guess they are in line with similar establishments in Finland. Definitely recommend.

I had the Toasted duck and others had the pike perch. they were both extremely tasteful. the combination of vegetables and ingredients was something to look forward to . I with I would've had an appetizer because the portion was a little small for my big appetite. We had the Tarte Tatin for dessert, which is basically vanilla ice cream over heated apple pie. service was good . I would repeat to try other dishes . Reasonable prices, considering the area.

This is the hotel restaurant. It is accessible from inside the hotel as well as from the street…read more This restaurant also doubled as the morning breakfast spot. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. It had a decent selection of foods; typical of many hotel brunches. One of the coolest things about breakfast was the breakfast beverage machine. It was controlled by an iPad. Touch the iPad and select your juice of choice (or water), put your glass in the proper place and press start. It had an auto setting that knew just the right amount of juice or water to put in each glass. Not in the mood for a full glass? No problem, select the custom setting and stop it at your desired amount. In the evening the restaurant morphs into a very cool place with a lounge type setting. There was a nice selection of music playing at an acceptable level. The English menus are on android tablets (Apple in the morning and Google in the evening). Selections can be made directly from the tablet and once you're ready to order either call your server via the tablet or submit your order. Every entree I saw looked very delicious. Because of the time (it was later than I liked for dining) I opted for grilled chicken Caesar salad. It was very fresh, came with a decent serving of chicken and just the right amount of dressing. They also served bread (with real butter) which was delicious. Another really cool feature in the restaurant involves more technology (surprise, surprise). Some tables are equipped with "Power Kiss Hotspot circles" that can be used to charge almost any device. Ask your server for a "charging ring" (just specify what type of device you have) and they will provide the appropriate ring. Plug it into your device, place the ring over the "Power Kiss Hotspot circles" and your device begins charging. You gotta love technology (I do) I plan to try other entrees on my next visit so stay tuned for future updates.

Not a single tourist in site, everyone speaking Finnish so we knew this was the perfect spot. Had only 30 minutes before lunch ended so we ate quick and snapped as many pictures as I could. Very interesting salads with unique dressings, most them couldn't tell what in the world made them taste so good. Helsinki proved to be awesome and to not copy Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Finland borders Russia on the East side which might be why their foods are so different and yet so delectable. Would be better to visit when the weather is warmer with some sunshine. For sure would return to this place as it was superb!

There are all types of clienteles here and you pay right when you arrive, get your plate, grab your food from the buffet line and seat whereever the table is free. Pretty casual and stress free...and the staff there do run like a well-oiled machine. They clear thr empty plates and clean the tables, and refill the food in tje buffet line as much as they can. The buffet line has a section for vegetarian and regular hot meal food. There's also a separate corner to grab your own tea/coffee as you wish, too. For ~€12 and quality all you can eat lunch...this is a very very good deal! I did try everything from the buffet line and they all tasted fresh! I had 2 full plates and a cup of tea..and didn't feel bloated after eating so much afterwards at all. If I had time to come back to Helsinki again, I would definitely want to have lunch here again. I debated goinf back there again my last day in Helsinki but unfortunately didn't have enough time to go back there...else I would be back there again! Give yourself and your friends a nice casual lunch when you are in Helsinki and you will be happy to stopped by for sure!
