Wow. What a great spot! 1.5K reviews at 4.9 doesn't lie. We chose this spot out of all the other spots that show up on social media. But was not wowed by any of them and decided to go to Ravine. And so glad we did! We arrived at 10:30. No wait. But by the time it was noon. There was a crowd at the door. So come early. No reservations!! Everything from the time we walked in to the meal to the crowded waiting at the door near noon says this is a hidden gem. We talked to the owner and found out it's only a year old. What a hidden gem. No social media presence because the food speaks for itself. We had the crispy chicken Benny and the cannoli pancakes. AMAZING. Absolutely delicious. And we also were recommend the strawberry hot chocolate as well. Omg. So good. The blend is perfect and not too sweet. I highly recommend this. Service was great too. Food arrived in a timely manner. Highly recommend this spot.

The manager served us, and he was an absolute delight! He was cheery, full of excitement and positivity. While taking our order, he started up simple conversations, asked about our day, and made food recommendations. He provided such great service!! To make things better, the food was amazing, healthy, and tasty. Definitely would recommend because of the taste and atmosphere :)

We were in the area on a Sunday and spent a few hours at Ravine Cafe. It's definitely more of a dine-in spot than a cafe, but the owner mentioned there are no laptop restrictions, so we got some work done after eating. I liked the variety of seating options, from long tables, to booths, to lounge areas. There was a steady flow of customers, but it was never too busy. I was mainly drawn to their latte flight. For $15, you get 4 smaller-sized latte drinks. I think the flavours change periodically, but my set included lavender, rose, peppermint, and caramel. For me, they were all pretty good except for the lavender - this one didn't have much taste, and there were tiny lavender pieces in the drink that often got included in a sip. My partner got a mocha, which was surprisingly only $2.75. We also ordered the Island Chicken Sandwich and Avocado Toast for brunch. Portion sizes and taste were good. I wish mine wasn't whole wheat, but that is more personal preference. I would definitely recommend Ravine Cafe to those in the area.

I found this place on Google and I thought it was just a cafe I did not realize that it was a full service diner inside. They have plenty of seating and group seating as well so good for all different size groups. I only tried their lattes because I was looking for a coffee I wasn't hungry. I tried the seasons flight it's four mini lattes and each of them is designed to pair or represent a season. The four flavors were the rose, maple, peppermint, lavender. I did find out later that each mini latte had a shot of espresso so for the first time ever I have four shots of espresso I was definitely up for a very long time. I liked the decor it was corky it had lots of different colors it wasn't the same trendy black and white or neutral colors that has been very common lately. The rose latte I would give a 9.5/10 the Rose was subtle and I was not expecting to like it and the more I drank it it grew on me it wasn't too sweet but it also wasn't bitter and every time I took a sip the aroma of the Rose hit me which added to the experience If the maple latte I would give an 8/10 I was actually slightly disappointed I thought this would have been my favorite it wasn't bad it just wasn't wow I didn't really taste the Maple in the actual latte just what was sprinkled on top and I did find it to be slightly better I could taste the espresso quite strongly. Which for some people might be a good thing The peppermint 10/10 I was pleasantly surprised I actually didn't think I was going to like it and I drank that so quickly so fast it had a hint of peppermint so the mint wasn't too harsh and it just paired very well it felt warm it felt cozy very easy drinking The lavender 7/10 this was my least favorite it was slightly bitter but I just feel the lavender flavor is not my cup of tea I was not feeling it it's not sweet at all so if you like a harsh latte I don't even know if that's the right word then go for it I definitely will be coming back to try the food because I did over here people saying that they enjoyed what they ordered

I am so glad I found Ravine Cafe, very spacious and relaxing with cute colourful chairs. Omg I am loving the lychee mimosa, it's so unique and refreshing. The most creative is the sample the seasons: flight of 4 mini lattes and the four represents the four seasons, Rose latte, maple latte, peppermint latte, lavender latter. The maple latte represents fall, brings me the nice and cozy feeling. The peppermint latte prepares me for Christmas. The lavender was delicious and smooth too. We order the ravine egg benedict, the egg Benny was piping hot. The salmon frittata is a good change from regular brunch items. Very nice and friendly service. Nice and relaxing brunch spot!

The food was delicious. Service was great. Will certainly come back. The pistachio latte was out of this world. Ambulance was so cute. It is a vibe.

Brand new spot on Keele serving breakfast and lunch. Tastefully decorated with a very warm ambiance and vibe. Have a feeling this will be a regular spot for me and the family on weekends for brunch. I had a delicious latte with vanilla that was perfection in a cup. For lunch I had the Ravine Sandwich which was amazing - porchette, salami, buffalo mozzarella, fig spread on a baguette. Cannot recommend it more - spicy, salty with a hint of sweet. Generous portions! So good! Service was great. The owners came over to chat for a bit and made me feel like part of the family. Well done. I wish you all the best in the amazing new venture

Amazing breakfast! Their mini latte tasting samples are just awesome! ( and I don't drink latte usually)

Breakfast was fresh and tasty - by far one of the best affordable cafés! We will definitely be back to try other dishes that they offer.

Best eggs benedict and hashbrowns I have ever had!!! They were very accommodating with our food allergies, and gluten intolerance.

One of the things that originally made Bready stand out for me when it opened was the pancakes. They were exceptionally light and airy, with a texture that reminded me of Japanese-style soufflé pancakes. On this visit, however, they seemed much denser and closer to conventional pancakes. I'm not sure whether the recipe has changed or whether this was simply an off morning, but it wasn't the experience I'd come to expect. There were also a couple of aspects of the service that I think could be improved. The pancakes took long enough to prepare that my coffee was either cold or already finished by the time they reached the table. Going back to the counter to buy another coffee isn't a great solution because the pancakes then begin cooling while you're waiting in line for that second cup. It might help if customers ordering pancakes were asked whether they'd prefer their coffee served with the meal, or if staff simply checked whether they'd like a fresh coffee when the pancakes are ready. I was also surprised that butter isn't served with the pancakes unless requested. When I asked for it, it arrived straight from the refrigerator, so it was too cold and hard to spread easily or melt onto the hot pancakes. A small dish of room-temperature butter would make a noticeable difference. I'm writing this because Bready has been one of my favourite breakfast spots, and I'd genuinely like to see it continue to excel. I hope this visit was an exception rather than a sign that things have changed.

I got a beef bureka - $6.50, a rugalach - $2.95, pistachio cube croissant - $7.25 and a regular coffee - $3.25. The staff that helped me was nice. Unfortunately their pastries didn't impress me. They have many locations around the GTA, so I suspect the pastries are bakes elsewhere and have to be distributed to their various locations. Because they aren't baked in house, I found the pastries lack freshness. I was disappointed that the beef in the bureka was served cold and the other 2 pastries didn't have the crispy bite I usually enjoy with fresh pastries.

You're very thankful that they accommodated us and we made sure we made up for it by ordering a little bit of everything as you can see with the photos. The server was fantastic! He mentioned the chef's toast and we definitely got it, which was a great recommendation as it was so delicious. The only thing we ordered are steak, medium rare, and it came a little bit more rare than I'd like, however all in all consistently great output of food everybody in this establishment, super friendly, and I would recommend this place literally to anybody.

Parking can be a bit tricky during the day, as some neighbouring businesses reserve spots with cones, so arriving outside peak hours makes things easier. Service - 4.5/5 Ordering is straightforward, and food either comes to your table during quieter periods or is ready at the pickup window when it's busy. The kitchen is well staffed, so wait times are surprisingly quick even during lunch. Food - 4.5/5 The focaccia sandwiches are the highlight. We tried the Bisteka and the Chicken Kale Caesar, and both were excellent. The chicken was juicy, the focaccia was fresh, soft, and had just the right amount of chew, and the ingredients tasted high quality throughout. Definitely the kind of place that makes you want to come back and work through the rest of the menu.
