At first I thought this place is inside a street plaza, but after following the GPS, I was lead to a tucked away side streets of a local light industrial area. Although being in a bit secluded area, place is very well kept and feels updated. Arrived 6-7 pm, so the nearby business are mostly closed. Yes you can imagine, we're the only customer there. So the waiter (maybe he's also the chef and owner... Not sure) attending to us 100%. Can't complaint about the service. Food is good with a heaping portion! On the whole it's a 4.5 star experience, with 0.5 star dedicated due to the location. read more

Finally a great sandwich place in vaughan that is different. This place i would definitely bring friends back to. Other than maybe smoked meat house in montreal, this place is really good. Definitely the montreal smoked meat. Poutine is cheap but isnt the greatest for $2.50.....might consider it. Advice. The colossal size can definitely feed 2. Its like meat wrapping the bread. The fries portion is a plate in itself. Cost about $25 but feeds 2. It will get busy at lunch time. Seating if you are over 4 people will be limited. They have a bunch of double or 4 people seating. This is the best smoked meat on earth! I went to the Adelaide location, which is now closed. The quality is the same in both stores, I'm happy to report! I recommend literally anything on their menu! came here for lunch a while ago and the place was absolutely packed. We were seated right away, and luckily got the last booth in the place right next to the window. Im not a person who is shy about the cold whatsoever, but I couldn't help but notice how drafty it was inside the restaurant. If you want a really amazing sandwich and are in the area I would highly recommend coming here to have some food. The service is outstanding, the food is fresh and delicious, and very cost effective. When the food did arrive it was hot and huge, seriously a mountain of meat! this restaurant also has a corned beef challenge which they advertise as over 40ozs of meat that you have to polish off in an hour, prizing is a photo on the wall of fame and the meal is free, otherwise if you fail you have to pay for it. I think what I like most about this restaurant is also the sizing on the sandwiches that you can get, I went with turkey which was an outstanding choice and came in $7.75 (5oz) | $9.50 (7oz) | $11.99 (10oz) | $20.99 (16oz) which is an awesome way to have this on the menu. Cant say enough good things about this place and my mouth is watering anticipating my return. Try not to sit beside the window in the winter months if you can avoid it. parking is in the plaza but it is just as packed as the restaurant and the surrounding businesses. read more

The croutons are amazing, and the dressing has the perfect amount of garlic bite. Of course the corned beef sandwich is delicious too, but that's no surprise. My friend kept sending me pictures of massive deli sandwiches making me drool jealousely. He told me Corned Beef House in Woodbridge was the place to go. I showed up on a Friday at 3:54pm and the door was locked. I was confused as the website said they're open from 11-7 Mon-Fri. Then I spotted their time sign on the door and all the 7's were changed into 4's. This is a LLBO establishment. What kind of place serves alcohol yet closes at 4pm. Anybody that came for drinks will surely have some more things to do between 4pm and bedtime so this place pretty much promotes drinking and driving. I understand they must get their buisiness primarily during lunch hours during the work week but 4pm! C'mon... its obvious that this place caters to the local workers who can't get through their day without a beer cause if they didn't serve beer they surely wouldn't last as a buisiness with those hours. read more

Good place. Very simple looking but I loved their sandwiches. We ordered the Montreal smoked and roast beef sandwich. Their sizes come in skinny, regular, gigantic and colossus . We got regular and gigantic. They also have different mustards. I really enjoyed the roast beef. You could really taste the meat with this one. OMG! Just had the best corned beef sandwich I've ever eaten. Got the 7oz special with fries and pint for 17.99. White rye and hot mustard was just perfect. Meat was piled 3 inches high, was moist and bread was very fresh. Fries were amazing, you can tell everything was homemade. Even the gravy for the fries, which I never eat gravy, was homemade from the corned beef juices. I couldn't stop dipping the fries in it. Staff was super nice and helpful. Found a new spot! The Corned Beef House has apparently been around for ages and is literally a 3 min drive from my work. Seeing as I love deli sandwich today was the day that I would discover this gold mine. So I called in to preorder my meal and I ordered a Montreal smoked meat platter which includes the sandwich, fries, coleslaw and a pickle. Now I've had my fair share of deli sandwiches but this place offers many different sizes. I didn't order the largest and I didn't order the smallest. When I finally got back to work I realized the bag was a bit heavy lol. Out came the fresh cut fries which would feed 2 people easily. Then came the coleslaw and the same it could feed 2. The pickle was typical. The I unleashed the monster. The sandwich was HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Fresh bread juicy smoked meat and just the right amount of mustard. All I have to say is I would love to see how large the biggest sandwich is. Overall great experience although I didn't finish everything I would deff order the same thing again. So happy a deli place like this exists in Woodbridge, have been coming here for about 6 months now. Can't go wrong with either corn beef or montreal smoked meat, so juicy and fresh every time.
