Coleman owns the practice and has a few other physicians working there with her. A friend went to…read moreone of the other physicians who was semi-competent and is now gone. I tagged along to my friend's first appointment thinking I might go there myself, but knew immediately to steer clear based on the 8 foot ad for hormone replacement therapy in the waiting room (see pic). Endorsed with a photo of Coleman, herself, it essentially promises to take twenty years off your body. All of its statements are outlandish. It's scary that a physician would push expensive drugs with very serious potential side effects to this degree. Hormone replacement therapy is something a lot of women struggle with, and the risks are very real, and include strokes and cancer. Sometimes HRT is absolutely the best way to go, but it should only be used if medically (or mentally) necessary. In the actual exam rooms, Coleman has more ads--videos for the latest name-brand (and expensive) drugs. At the end, they all say, "Ask your doctor if you might be right for X drug." Advertising drugs directly to patients in your office by video when you haven't even seen the patient yet is a horror I've never seen anywhere else. A physician should not be under the thumb of pharmaceutical companies. It only results in inaccurate--and expensive!--prescribing. If you want a doctor who prescribes based on symptoms and what drug will most effectively and inexpensively solve the problem, do not go to Coleman.

If you are looking for an educated, progressive doctor, Linda Coleman is the woman you want to see…read more I have always been apprehensive about going to the doctor. I always feel like I'm in a cattle line being herded to the next location, but not with Dr. Coleman. I made my appointment and went in to see her. Her office's appearance was clean and organized which is always a plus when dealing with the medical profession. I was seen within about 5 minutes of my arrival. I had my vitals checked then was immediately placed in a waiting room where I waited for Dr. Coleman for about 2 minutes. Talk about FAST Service. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she knows her stuff. Once I began discussing my issue she made me feel like she REALLY cared and was REALLY listening. She's very down to Earth and knowledgeable. I have lived in this area for 35+ years and am so sorry that I had not been to her before but I promise she will be my GP until she retires or I die. Whichever comes first. If you are looking for a competent physician that doesn't just care about the bottom line but actually has a genuine interest in your overall health. Dr. Linda Coleman CAN'T BE BEAT!!!!! Wish I could give 100 stars!!! Well worth it.

An absolutely amazing practice! I have never received as much undivided attention as I had…read moreexperienced with Dr. Khan. You can just tell when you talk to her that she honestly cares about you as a person and wants to do whatever she can to fix your problem. I also loved that I was able to just speak with her on the phone to get the prescription I needed, verses having to work my entire day around a doctor's visit. I highly recommend Mosaic Theory!

I needed to get a work travel COVID-19 test and a colleague of mine mentioned Mosaic Theory MD. I reached out and was greeted by someone who was courteous, professional and eager to assist. After they put my information into their systems, I immediately begin to receive text messages that send you secure links for paperwork and status updates on your visit to the clinic. The receptionist patiently walked me through everything (which took only a few minutes) and scheduled a visit for me. Here is where it gets better...We live lives that are filled with so much sensory overload that we tend to forget things that are important to us (maybe you don't...but I would forget my head if it wasn't attached to me.) Mosaic Theory MD's automated SMS system sends you text messages with information like schedule, who you need to call if you have questions, where you need to go INCLUDING where to park, virtual office check-in so you have limited contact with anyone who could be infected AND test results once your test is completed. Just Beautiful. Am I right? Meanwhile...your other primary care specialist who claims they have the latest and greatest technology is still sending you one email at random that may hit your spam folder and if you have questions you can just go in circles with an automated operator until they hang up on you. I digress... This is the way healthcare SHOULD be. It was so smooth and seamless. This is the first time I was shown the value in spending money on a healthcare service that is looking towards the future. Well done Mosaic Theory. I will certainly be back and will recommend you as much as I can. Sincerely, -H

After 2 cancelations this office initiated for my annual physical, I finally get to see a new…read moredoctor in this office, Dr Veoma S. Chauhan. I was still in the office getting my blood work done when I remembered that I needed a referral to a cardiologist so I went to the front desk staff to request one. The front desk attendant was very cordial and said she would ask the doctor for the referral, but doctor Chauhan requested that I schedule another appointment so I can give me one. Seriously!!! I had not even left the office and it's not like I'm asking for a prescription for a control drug!! I just wanted a referral to check my the health of my heart. This is what what healthcare has become: "to doctors, you are just their money maker. No interest in your actual health." The only reason I'm giving 1 star to Inova Primary Care, in Sterling and not 0 it's because of the staff; they are the only ones showing signs of care and humanity in that office.

Working in Cardiology, I knew that was a lie, there is no legal limit on the amount of patients providers can see. Dr. Desai was the only provider in network with my office. I called insurance and office back and forth several times just for each time to be told the provider isn't accepting new patients or they were booked out. I wasted my time for over a month with this office expecting to be seen and then wasted 4 hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out. I would not recommend this office to anyone, I even did the leg work to insure that my insurance was in network. The only helpful person I spoke to on the phone was Gabriella with central scheduling find a doctor. I can only imagine that the quality of care is no better than the front desk.
