This place is super cool! You park in the front of the building. There is plenty to look at outside (more in the warmer months). And the building itself is just a marvel. There are items built into the wall, it's like a hobbit house. Inside there are such lovely, crafted items. When you walk in there is a lot of iron items on the walls like hooks and cute hanging bats (which I will have to get some day soon). I love the pottery all over the first floor too. Very cool shop. The owner actually built it and it is worth a look just to see the building. It's tucked on the side of the fire station and can be easy to miss. Parking can be tough though. Sometimes it is easier to park on the other side of the fire station (don't block the fire station!) and walk. You will find a very eclectic mix here for your house and home. In the warmer months check out the garden area in the back for some unusual items to add some flair to your garden and outdoor areas. Inside you will find something interesting in every nook and cranny. Make sure to check out the upstairs too. One of the most enchanting establishments I've ever been to. This is one of those retail gems where it's more about the fantasy/whimsy than it is about satisfying a retail fix. It's an undeniably lovely experience when patronizing this special store, I felt like I was buying items directly from the pages of a storybook. The house itself right out of a Grimm fairy tale. It is worth a visit and remarkably one-of-a-kind. The interior is adorned with precious gift items from floor to ceiling (in a good way - like walking through an eccentric art collector's house) but also boasts a menagerie of impressive outdoor art, all of which are for sale; a collection of varied pieces that makes a walk-though experience second to none! The prices are reasonable, too. I'm surprised that prices on almost all of these quality items aren't higher, which hints a fair and ethical business model. Many items were also on sale and are mixed in throughout the house, which makes for a fun search. It allows for that fun feeling of discovering something that you can't find anywhere else... and if it's for sale, all the more valuable & precious. I'm sold! Plus-points for genuine friendliness and generous camaraderie. The store owner is such a nice lady and stopped to spend time telling us about the history of the house-turned-shop and its metamorphosis through time. Leaving the store, I couldn't help but turning back to keep looking at the house, itself an original art piece and "curious" sight. This shop is literally covered with interesting things, inside and out. If you like unusual stuff to add to your yard, they have a great selection of statuary and sculpture: buddhas, temple/meditation bells, brass fountains, blown glass globes, gazing balls, glass lollipops, greenmen and gargoyles, moving sculpture, and wind sculpture. It's a little fantasy land of garden paths packed without outdoor art. Inside there is jewelry, cards, vases, more odds and ends. A very unique shop worth taking a look at if you're in the area. If you need a gift for someone who likes collecting weird and one-of-a-kind treasures, you'll definitely find something here. Even if you don't have anything to buy, it's still fun to browse. Right when you get there, you feel like you've been transported into a magical world. The shop looks like a witch's house - not a creepy witch, but a quirky one. They sell such a variety of things, from Gothic style stone gargoyles to animal sculptures made completely from scrap metal.
