So I'm pretty sure this store asks that patrons don't use their phones while shopping, but I loved this store so much I had to take a ton of pictures. This store located in the center of town is definitely a throw back to different times. This store had a little of everything and our favorite sections were their book and kitchen corners. We ended up buying a few different kitchen items (including a melon baller) and searched their book section for what seemed like an hour. In the end we also loved the fact that they sold vinyl table covers by the roll and had a "used and clearance" item section. The amount of toys and candy they had here was also overwhelming, but it spoke to the kids within us. The only downside was that everything was a bit pricey.

There wasn't anything 5 or 10 cents about it. It's a cute little shop though. Very clean and friendly.

Rude. Cashier plugged her ears. We had kids enjoying the experience. Sorry to be an inconvenience.

a bit small, but the place packed full of great knick-knacks. Most trinkets are a bit overpriced.

So much easy, free parking in their huge shared lot. 2. There's a Starbucks-adjacent cafe. NOTE: it's NOT actually Starbucks though, so you can't order ahead or pay with your app. Just a heads-up! The cafe portion of the bookstore is spacious and clean, with the tables themselves also being spaced quite far apart from one another. It creates a real sense of privacy no matter where you sit! 3. The atmosphere/layout here is very modern and inviting; the selection itself is enormous. Genres are clearly labeled, and there's a tremendous amount of content available no matter what you're looking for (so be prepared to spend some time here wandering around and taking it all in... then you'll probably have to come back, because there's no way you'll actually be able to take it all in on the first visit!). They've got new releases, popular books, recommendations, board games, and more. And, of course, the random armchair for you to sit and peruse your possible purchase. Obviously, support local first. But if you're looking for a slow-paced, wide open, very quiet, very tidy spot to spend a little bit of time (without feeling rushed or forced to purchase something) finding your next favorite read, I'd suggest visiting here!

I walk past this place all the time but had not gone inside in years... not sure why. But when I…read moresaw on Facebook that they had some Littleton merch... I knew I needed one of those tee shirts! So we stopped by and picked one up yesterday. The shop was super busy and I was actually pretty impressed with the selection of toys and books! I'll have to come back and check things out some more. Great friendly service as well!

They had so many classic toys we remember from our own childhoods, plus an incredible selection of stuffed animals, games, and books for all ages. The staff was genuinely the kindest--so friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. And the real star of the show? Luna, the shop dog. She's the sweetest, fuzziest little mascot, and we could've sat on the floor petting her all day (honestly, we almost did). If you're in town, don't skip this spot. Whether you're shopping for a gift, looking for a blast from the past, or just want to say hi to Luna, it's 100% worth the stop!

Don't judge a book by its cover…read more On the surface, it's a bookstore in a stripmall and it looks a little run down. But this spot is an ABSOLUTE GEM. It feels like a bookstore in Portland for Mainers: it's not trendy, it's not trying to wow you with its aesthetics, it's not in a part of town you'd just stumble upon. You are going out of your way to come here, and the immediate community you'll feel inside isn't something you're going to find at tourist-located spots that are dependent on foot traffic. + There's parking! + It's women-owned! + Got to overhear some lovely conversations between the owner and the customers like she genuinely knew everyone who shopped there/everyone was an extended family member! Segue... + When I went to cash out, the owner introduced herself to me, shook my hand, welcomed me into the store! She commented on my book selection and said it was the perfect thing to read for this season in this lovely state we call home (and that just kind of felt like getting an A+ in elementary school again)! + It's a clean, well organized store with places to sit; and, there were plenty of little printed out recommendations from the staff for some particular books on the shelves which I appreciate and always take the time to read. I can see this becoming a spot I stop at more regularly (of cooooourse, I joined the loyalty program)!
