The employees are good at what they do, making suggestions, if needed, and the seating area is bright and open (in the way most of these newer places are built) with large windows on three sides bringing in natural light. It's almost an Industrial feel with the exposed ceilings and pipes. Comfortable seating and good wi-fi complete the must haves in a modern coffee shop. They also carry some food in the line of bakery items and other light bites. Because it just opened their offerings may expand. With all the usual coffee options, Plush also has an array of soda offerings with typical and not-so-typical flavor combos. All that makes it a favorite of kids coming in with their parents and who also seem excited about the unusual vibe -- at least that's what I noticed in my short visit.
