I live in NYC and have the opportunity to go to a lot of very good coffee shops and after having a couple of cups here I can confidently say this would be a "go-to" shop if it were in my neighborhood. The owner is really invested in choosing quality beans and we had a lovely conversation about what he was brewing when I was there. The employees are good at what they do, making suggestions, if needed, and the seating area is bright and open (in the way most of these newer places are built) with large windows on three sides bringing in natural light. It's almost an Industrial feel with the exposed ceilings and pipes. Comfortable seating and good wi-fi complete the must haves in a modern coffee shop.
