The club house. Aka the giant sandwich! No way you will eat it all in one sitting.

Walking it the vibe is a small town cafe atmosphere... welcoming and inviting. The menu is big and hope you have a large appetite! The waitress was friendly and helpful when trying to figure out what to try. Went with the traditional eggs over medium with hash browns didn't disappoint! Very good!

    The French toast was yummy

I set up a birthday breakfast here for my brother John with 14 family members in attendance (my sister lives in Billings) who were all in town over the weekend for a family event. What an amazing place! If I lived in Billings, I would be a Tippy Cow regular. They bent over backwards to fit us all in, and my brother even got a Tippy Cow special birthday song and cinnamon roll (with candle) to boot! Warm, friendly service, great food. Love you guys.

I needed to drive to Hardin, and it was snowing hard. I thought of getting lunch when I reached, but I figured driving with my stomach filled would be better. Hence, the pitstop here. The place is uniquely decorated with dozens of colored coloring pages pinned to the wall behind the counter. The place is spacious. I pick a seat near the window. The menu is typical diner menu with omelets, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches, and various egg dishes with breakfast sides. Their omelets are made of 5 eggs, and you can upgrade to 7. That sounds massive! I wanted to finish everything in one sitting, so I went for Tippy Special, which consists of 2 eggs, 2 bacon OR sausage links, and 2 pancakes or french toast or a waffle. It's still filling without needing any boxes. Everything was ok. Maybe if I return, I'll try one of their massive omelets for breakfast. Reasonably priced. On my way out, I saw they also sell massive cinnamon rolls. It's the most giant cinnamon roll I've ever seen. One cinnamon roll serves 4-6 people. I would also put that on my list to try in the future.

That is a piece of carbon

*This review is for the Tippy Cow Express Located at the Mall. *At the time of this writing there is not a dedicated page for the Tippy Cow Express I normally love the tippy cow and as far as I'm aware the airport location is the best experience. Unfortunately at the time of writing this review there isn't a page dedicated to the Tippy Cow Express located in the mall. The lady working there was nice but I couldn't help but notice that there was a tone of 'hurry up now' that was clear. I wouldn't make this a big deal if my wife and I weren't the only ones there with no line, but unfortunately that is the case. The tipping starts at 18% which at the time I was willing to pay, and normally don't have a problem paying. Looking at my food I would rather had not eaten at the tippy cow. My bacon on the BBLT (Bacon Bacon Lettuce Tomato) was carbon, and flaked off my sandwich as it was too brittle for me to eat as a singular piece. I don't think that was really that good, my wife noticed that the chicken nuggets were bland and lacked any flavor along with the fries she ordered. I up charged my order to get onion rings and they too were bland. I could have spent less than the amount I paid and had gotten Red Robin which would have a more satisfying sandwich. I regret my purchase.

Cafes and diners. Nothing fancy, just everyday food done right. Tippy Cow Cafe, a relatively new eatery in Billings, has a menu of food offerings that should satisfy hunger pains. It's a laid-back, casual setting serving portions of food that will not leave you hungry. The omelettes and the scramblers are made with 5 eggs (!!), but I'm sure you can ask for fewer, or perhaps split the order. The breakfast menu has everything you'd expect from 1 or 2 egg classic breakfast menu item to biscuits and gravy and waffles. The hashbrowns, one of Tippy Cow's seven or so sides, are homemade. The potato skin is visible on some of the pieces and there's a separate section on the menu where you can add toppings that could easily turn an order of hashbrowns into its own meal. The lunch menu is nearly as extensive, with sandwiches, soups, salads, and burgers. The sandwiches come with a side of fries or small salad and that salad makes these sandwiches less intimidating (mentally and visually, anyway). Honestly, if you're hungry -- this is your place. Of course, there is a "light" menu for both breakfast and lunch that won't leave you feeling you need to be rolled out of the place. I'm waiting to see the pictures on the wall of the person who eats everything from that special menu item and gets a free cow-tipper t-shirt for having done so. The decor in Tippy Cow is what you'd expect from the name - cow-themed mugs, hats, shirts, and the like. It's all cute. So is this place. Support local !

Great food, great service! Reasonably priced and quality food everytime! Great little diner style restaurant for you to try!

    Breakfast scramble

I took my daughter here for breakfast. We both ordered a breakfast scramble. The plates presented to us looked horrible as if someone had slopped food onto a plate. The sausage chunks were huge and basically no flavor. The hashbrowns were mushy with burnt areas and basically non existent . The menu said it came with cheese sauce but it was just a bunch of cold shredded cheese on top. The green peppers were all different sizes and not even cooked . Our toast was soggy. I took this food in a to go box and fed it to my dogs , it was that bad! For $16.95 , do better. Perhaps simplify your menu and choices so you can focus on quality and providing people with actual good food. I will never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

    Good vibes here

The food was good not great , breakfast was served warm not hot . I liked the road side dinner feel of the restaurant. If your in a hurry I'd look elsewhere for a quick breakfast, I'll give them another try for breakfast again at some point before I decide to keep them on or off the breakfast rotation list

If you want fancy, move along. What Hitt's the Spot does well is the food. And the genuine interest in the customers. It obvious the regulars, both the workers and the customers have dealt with each other on a routine basis. You can't fake that comraderie. Having stopped in for breakfast and at a loss as to what option sounded best, I was directed to the corned beef hash. I was told it was house-made and that was good enough for me. I wasn't disappointed. First, the portions are not skimpy. It was large chunks of corned beef, nicely shredded potatoes and large pieces of onion. There was no mistaking this for the hash out of a can, either by appearance or taste. I look forward to coming by to try some other things.

You can see all the wrap varieties and the ingredients to each of them written along a long menu that serves as the backdrop of the prep/order station. You can choose from a variety of wraps, and pick your protein, tortilla, and modify with additional sauces etc. I tried their TexMex which was tasty. I also had chips queso and their pickle dipping sauce. The spicy dill pickle sauce was very flavorful. I might be a queso snob at this point, but being from Texas, unfortunately, the queso missed the mark in terms of flavor and consistency. I also tried a cookie that had so many different components to it, and it was tasty. I believe they also specialize in sodas, but I'm not a big soda drinker, so, I didn't try them They staff was very friendly and efficient.
