I've never in my life been told by a business that they have to much work to do and that I should take my business elsewhere. Raul makes you feel like a burden. He's consistently overwhelmed by his work load and it leaks into his costumer service. I hope he just hires more people and gets the help he needs. I was one of the first ones there when they opened their doors at nine I went in for a simple wheel bearing change he ordered the part turns out he ordered the wrong part so I had to wait another four hours for his mistake of not ordering the correct part so I was there for six total hours on a simple wheel bearing change to top it off AC in his building wasn't working I didn't even get an apology for him wasting my whole day. Had to reschedule all my appointments that day I had for a simple fix, which takes one hour also the audacity he told me I'm gonna have to change the back brakes when he did the brakes himself a few months ago trying to still get more money off of me. I do not recommend this place for anybody. read more

Raul is great! I've went in there a few times to get quotes. He was able to look at my car quickly and give me a quote, and if he doesn't need to look he can quote you by phone. He is very busy but he will let you know when he can get to your car, and most likely at a better price than any other shop. Him and his guys knew exactly how to work on my car, even though it has a different suspension and is more time consuming than other cars. Before I even told him, he was able to spot out that the job would be a little more difficult with the rust on my car, but was willing to still do it for a great price! Raul is the jam. A good friend of ours has used him for over 10 years, so when it was time to look for a reputable mechanic (it seems to be an ongoing search) we decided to give Raul a try due to our friends advice. When we first came to Raul we asked him to do whatever he needed to keep my lil ol' 2006 Toyota Corolla afloat for a one month road trip throughout 9 states. We trusted him so much we let him decide what work my car would need for that trek and we did not care about the price. Our bill was under $700 including parts and labor. I couldn't believe it! You almost want to tip him you feel he's giving you too much of a bargain! With all of that he changed my oil, replaced my breaks, changed my serpentine belt (which had been whistling for years), replaced windshield wipers, and a long list of other things. And guess what, my car made it and I'm still alive! Since then, we've gone to him for other mild things here and there and he has never disappointed. Wow. Just when you thought "honest mechanic" was an oxymoron. I would confidently recommend Raul to any one of my friends or family members. I was referred by my roommate and quickly realized we can trust him. He's quick, affordable and so so so sweet. Ive never felt like this when my car needs maintenance... Its usually like going to the doctor and waiting for bad news... But Raul let's me know what my car will be needing and about how long til I need it... He gives me an estimate on price and checks out everything else. I leave feeling like I'm aware of what I should expect from my car in the near future. When dealerships have told me I need thousands in repairs, Raul has fixed for $80. It's been 6 months since and my car hasn't had one issue. More recently, my moms radiator blew in the evening. I've been here a few times for various family cars. Mostly encountered good experiences, but one that I question. He's done quite a bit of major work at reasonable rates. I believe him to be a good business member of our community, very personable, good English. I had him do a brake bleeding and I know its a two person job. I watched him in drivers seat pumping the brakes, his helper went around each wheel plugged in the bleed tube and collection "Gatorade bottle" (this bottle collection method is fine) problem was I was watching that the bottle never filled. I am very suspicious if it was actually done and fault his helper. I think he charged like $30 for it, so its not a deal breaker. I will however still go to him and always double check and ask for the old parts. read more

Place is a scam. Had to go in 3TIMES for a new transmission within 2MONTHS! (You would think that would of been a big enough hint that the transmission was not the problem) Thank goodness it came with a warranty but unfortunately Raul said he was not going to fix my car anymore cause it was waisting his time. (Is that even legal if it came with a 6month warranty?) Maybe you wouldn't of wasted your time if you actually took the time to see what's wrong with the car in the first place. I went in and said it was making the same noise it was when the last transmission blew out so he test drove it... For maybe 30 seconds then came back and said "no it sounds great". 2 days later I'm stuck on the side of the road once again waiting for a tow truck. Don't bother asking what's wrong with your car cause the only answer I ever got back was "I know the problem, I fix it" which clearly he didn't know and didn't fix. Never got any of my money back or was never offered to get the original issue fixed. So now I'll take my business elsewhere, where the mechanics know what they're doing. read more
