Hi. I am an Uber driver, and I am so satisfied, and happy, with Raul Automotive, I have switched to him as my car mechanic. I suspect the negative customer reports are due to a language barrier. It helps to speak Spanish. 5 Stars! Sincerely, Jackson Rip Holmes Kendale Lakes, Florida read more

installation done wrong and refused to correct it. in addition the break job was done with the worst hardware and cheapest they could find. reused the old brake pad clips. mechanic rude and screamed at me . owner just sits and pays no attention to his mediocre staff of mechanics. shame read more

Este lugar tiene un par de mechanicos que tienen buen conocimiento, el dueño todo lo que le interesa es el dinero y no el buen servicio, mala attitude. El lugar esta extremadamente sucio y el precio, CUIDADO CON ESO. read more

I had my vehicle repaired before going on a 18 hour trip, the car only made it up to 6 hours later. I could not go back since I was going back to work. Raul the owner operator understood my situation at that moment. The car was fixed wrong by a mechanic that does not work there any longer. Therefore Mr. Raul did not give me even a refund. After I spent money on a rental truck with a dolly and later I incurred all the costs of refixing it. It is a shame that Mr Raul took this route and did not recognize that his shop should have been responsible for all the trouble I went through. What a TRAMP. Do not go there unless they give you a written warranty/guarantee on any job whether they have the mechanic who fixed or not. There is a lot to this story that I did not fit into here. read more

Horrible service (or lack of service), don't recommend. Very disorganized, Long story short; left my car in the morning spoke to the guy and explained what I needed and gave him the car keys. When I called to see if the car was ready, they didn't know that my car was there waiting for service; car was there all day and nothing was done. read more

Went there for an oil change and rotation of tires on my daughters vehicle, I asked one of the employees if I had to go through the front of the business or the service area and he said service area was correct. I waited outside the service area under 92 degree under the sun for 35 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed, they all just kept looking my way and ignoring my daughter and me. All I needed was for them to say, we are quite busy today can you return tomorrow or give me an estimate and I could leave the car and return for it once they were done, but they apparently don't want the business. I'll take my business to Tires 4 Less down the road where you wait under Airconditioner and the owner is outside receiving his customers as soon as they arrive. read more

My father recommended Raul Auto Repair, this will be my third oil change, prices fair and work done quickly with no issues. Now my daughter takes her Frontier truck for basic oil changes and has no issues. read more

I came in today because the rain partially pulled out my plastic under tray on my car. Scraping the way home I thought I could stop and ask for a few zipties to temporarily fix the problem. I went in and asked the owner himself to explain my problem and borrow 2-3 zip ties and borrow the jack to quickly put up the car, just so that I can fix it. for the people that aren't clear this would take no longer than 2 minutes... as one of the mechanics himself was trying to help me (a nice guy) Raul came out and told me I had to pay $35 to jack up the car and put the zip ties in. He told me to get the f*** out of his shop because I didn't believe I should pay $35 for a 2 minute job to help someone out. There's some nasty people in this world, and Raul is one of them. From the second i walked in he was rude, and had a disgusting attitude. For as slow as it was, he could've helped me out, which wouldn't have hurt his business and earned the mechanic would've received a tip for helping out. I really don't appreciate the "service" I received today at 'Raul's Auto' he's cheap, rude, racist and the definition of a scumbag. Don't come here if you don't want to have a bad day. SHIT experience!!

Terrible service, no one is kind enough to help you, the secretary has a terrible way of teaching, they lack empathy with the client, all the workers are talking and when you go up to ask, it turns out that they are busy, very bad experience, I do not recommend it. read more

Took my car here to get an oil leak fixed, and received my car back with absolutely nothing fixed and the same faulty parts still installed missing hardware, and car leaking even more oil than when it went in. After confronting him he just kept telling lie after lie to cover his behind and refused to give me my money back. Save yourself the money and the trouble and just take your car somewhere else. These people are just looking to make a quick buck with minimal amount of effort. read more

They are the most sexists piece of shits in the business. Raul will belittle you and rip you off just because you are a woman. My brother will take my car and for an oil change will charge him 50 but when I go changes me 90. Then my car was having issues and kept changing the story with first the battery, then just a cable, to the whole alternator. They claimed that I would need to change the cable and get a new alternator. One month later my car wouldn't even turn on. They never changed the cable that was completely fried and still charged me 50 dollars. My alternator was never even broken. Please beware and stay away from this place. This was the cable he claimed to have changed. read more

Took my 2020 cadillac to replace a tire balance and oil change simple right. Well when I picked up the car it showed service the monitor system and a warning sign on tire pressure. I showed ruben who did the job on my car he claimed it would go away on its own. I did not leave so he reset the screen for me. A day later same thing so I went back ruben told me to go to the office there the owner raul claimed it would be 50 to put the car in the machine to see what it was and the lady claimed that was not there problem they cant do anything. Beware the reviews are correct they will break your car! They fix something and break 3 other and wont take responsibility. They are crooks scammers they dont know what they are doing. Tengan mucho cuidado llevas el carro para algo simple y te rompen otra cosa despues se hacen los bobos y te quieren cobrar. Raul es un ladron y los mechanicos que trabajan no saben lo que estan haciendo! read more

Terrible shop. Had my engine replaced with a brand new motor. He changed price on me twice. Picked up my truck drove home and my radiator busted brand new just paid for it two months prior. They busted it removing engine had to pay for a new one. Than I noticed nuts missing on my transmission, my heat shield and my ac unit. Transmission had no oil. Transmission leaking shaft leaking. Than had the nerve to give me the bolts for me to install. Never again. Had to take it to transmission place for them to tell me what a terrible job that was done. Save your self the trouble unless your patching a tire.Than he tells me that he won't charge me to check my check engine light that was on because of there mistake.I will definitely be writing to Better Business Bureau. All this after paying 2500. Not cool read more

I took my car there last year. They're totally a rip off. They charge expensive and you have to go back to get things done. They broke one of my doors and they wanna pay for it. This is a place not to visit. read more

Awesome service every time I go in! They never take advantage of the fact I'm a girl and gets the job done fast.

I called around to a few places to get the brakes and rotors replaced on my Jeep Wrangler, which I most likely damaged after an off-roading adventure, you know #jeeplife anyways I called around and I got the best price from Raul and their service was good. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. They take card and cash, which I assume would probably get you a better price, but all in all, I'm satisfied. read more

Be wary of this place. They kept trying to replace the same pieces and when we called them on it they became furious. Thieves

Avoid this place at all cost. They will not take responsibility for any damages they cause to the vehicle. Took it in for a tire balancing. The truck was on two jacks and some guy touched the jack and the truck dropped on the ground causing damages to the rotor heat cover as well as the fender. The owner of the shop Raul, blames his customer for dropping the vehicle and do not assume any responsibility. He response was to try to find the customer but then he was like call the cops. The whole place has a security system and he claims it doesn't record anything. So I told him, you invested in a security camera system just to make it seems it records? Highly doubt it. Raul told the cops the truck didn't drop when it almost hurt his own employee that was about to load the tire. At the end they will not take responsibility and lie about it. Stay away from this place. Many other places to go in Kendall. read more

These people are the WORST EVER! You know the stereotype of the sleazy, lying, scheming mechanic that looks for every way possible to lie to you and steal your money? These are those folks. Recently, one of the mechanics in Raul Auto Repair broke one of my mother's car parts while trying to do an easy repair. The owner then LIED and told us that the car arrived in that condition. What the dolt didn't know was that I checked EVERYTHING out before bringing the car in. The piece that broke under the mechanic's care was working perfectly just 10 minutes prior. They are the bottom of the barrel and make their money off of people who loved to be screwed. Be warned. read more

Let me preface by saying that I hate all things related to cars... Buying, fixing, etc. I feel stupid and therefore distrustful of anyone involved. I've been to Raul's several times. They are relatively quick, I presume reasonably priced (it's hard to gauge when you don't know what something should cost) and I don't feel ripped off when I leave. His new thing is to charge 50.00 off the bat to hook you up to the computer to get a diagnosis. It irks me but it seems more accurate than hit and miss. The waiting area is horrible. It's 100° in there with 4 measly chairs. They are quick but barebones service. If you want coffee, AC and TV, keep rolling. read more

Amazing service!!! Fast and efficient. You are in and out not to mention amazing customer and mechanic services!

I went to fix my brakes on Monday and everything else in my car was working super fine, well you should know they don't let you see what they do to your car but I trusted them and they seemed professional, right after I leave my a/c wasn't cooling anymore, and when I asked why that happened, they had the nerve to tell me they didn't know and that they could check that out. Last time I go there read more

In my experience with them, they've been honest and reasonably priced. Nothing fancy here, and paying cash gives you a discount. I've had the most success when dealing directly with Raul. read more

I'm so disgusted for what happens with my son that I had to share! My son went and asked if they can see if the brakes had problems because had a noise. They checked and everything was fine but they told him they had to pay $35!!!! Just to look! My son thought something was not right so he called my husband and of course my husband said let me talk to them. At the end of course he didn't have yo pay but they got into the car, speed up so much backing up that we thought he was going to crash, because wasn't enough they without even stopping change to park making a terrible sound of course to break it! You treated him like that because you knew he wasn't going to punch you in the face for being so disrespectful, you didn't have the pants to tell my husband! I will not stop until everybody knows how coward you are! I will report you at the consumers bureau! Everybody will know who you are!!!!! read more
