I had my vehicle repaired before going on a 18 hour trip, the car only made it up to 6 hours later. I could not go back since I was going back to work. Raul the owner operator understood my situation at that moment. The car was fixed wrong by a mechanic that does not work there any longer. Therefore Mr. Raul did not give me even a refund. After I spent money on a rental truck with a dolly and later I incurred all the costs of refixing it. It is a shame that Mr Raul took this route and did not recognize that his shop should have been responsible for all the trouble I went through. What a TRAMP. Do not go there unless they give you a written warranty/guarantee on any job whether they have the mechanic who fixed or not. There is a lot to this story that I did not fit into here. read more

Went there for an oil change and rotation of tires on my daughters vehicle, I asked one of the employees if I had to go through the front of the business or the service area and he said service area was correct. I waited outside the service area under 92 degree under the sun for 35 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed, they all just kept looking my way and ignoring my daughter and me. All I needed was for them to say, we are quite busy today can you return tomorrow or give me an estimate and I could leave the car and return for it once they were done, but they apparently don't want the business. I came in today because the rain partially pulled out my plastic under tray on my car. Scraping the way home I thought I could stop and ask for a few zipties to temporarily fix the problem. I went in and asked the owner himself to explain my problem and borrow 2-3 zip ties and borrow the jack to quickly put up the car, just so that I can fix it. for the people that aren't clear this would take no longer than 2 minutes... as one of the mechanics himself was trying to help me (a nice guy) Raul came out and told me I had to pay $35 to jack up the car and put the zip ties in. He told me to get the f*** out of his shop because I didn't believe I should pay $35 for a 2 minute job to help someone out. There's some nasty people in this world, and Raul is one of them. From the second i walked in he was rude, and had a disgusting attitude. For as slow as it was, he could've helped me out, which wouldn't have hurt his business and earned the mechanic would've received a tip for helping out. Took my car here to get an oil leak fixed, and received my car back with absolutely nothing fixed and the same faulty parts still installed missing hardware, and car leaking even more oil than when it went in. After confronting him he just kept telling lie after lie to cover his behind and refused to give me my money back. Save yourself the money and the trouble and just take your car somewhere else. Then my car was having issues and kept changing the story with first the battery, then just a cable, to the whole alternator. They claimed that I would need to change the cable and get a new alternator. One month later my car wouldn't even turn on. They never changed the cable that was completely fried and still charged me 50 dollars. My alternator was never even broken. Please beware and stay away from this place. Took my 2020 cadillac to replace a tire balance and oil change simple right. Well when I picked up the car it showed service the monitor system and a warning sign on tire pressure. I showed ruben who did the job on my car he claimed it would go away on its own. I did not leave so he reset the screen for me. A day later same thing so I went back ruben told me to go to the office there the owner raul claimed it would be 50 to put the car in the machine to see what it was and the lady claimed that was not there problem they cant do anything. Terrible shop. Had my engine replaced with a brand new motor. He changed price on me twice. Picked up my truck drove home and my radiator busted brand new just paid for it two months prior. They busted it removing engine had to pay for a new one. Than I noticed nuts missing on my transmission, my heat shield and my ac unit. Transmission had no oil. Transmission leaking shaft leaking. Than had the nerve to give me the bolts for me to install. Never again. Had to take it to transmission place for them to tell me what a terrible job that was done. Save your self the trouble unless your patching a tire.Than he tells me that he won't charge me to check my check engine light that was on because of there mistake.I will definitely be writing to Better Business Bureau. Avoid this place at all cost. They will not take responsibility for any damages they cause to the vehicle. Took it in for a tire balancing. The truck was on two jacks and some guy touched the jack and the truck dropped on the ground causing damages to the rotor heat cover as well as the fender. The owner of the shop Raul, blames his customer for dropping the vehicle and do not assume any responsibility. He response was to try to find the customer but then he was like call the cops. The whole place has a security system and he claims it doesn't record anything. So I told him, you invested in a security camera system just to make it seems it records? Highly doubt it. Raul told the cops the truck didn't drop when it almost hurt his own employee that was about to load the tire. At the end they will not take responsibility and lie about it. Recently, one of the mechanics in Raul Auto Repair broke one of my mother's car parts while trying to do an easy repair. The owner then LIED and told us that the car arrived in that condition. What the dolt didn't know was that I checked EVERYTHING out before bringing the car in. The piece that broke under the mechanic's care was working perfectly just 10 minutes prior. Let me preface by saying that I hate all things related to cars... Buying, fixing, etc. I feel stupid and therefore distrustful of anyone involved. I've been to Raul's several times. They are relatively quick, I presume reasonably priced (it's hard to gauge when you don't know what something should cost) and I don't feel ripped off when I leave. His new thing is to charge 50.00 off the bat to hook you up to the computer to get a diagnosis. It irks me but it seems more accurate than hit and miss. The waiting area is horrible. It's 100° in there with 4 measly chairs. They are quick but barebones service. If you want coffee, AC and TV, keep rolling. read more
