If I could rate him nothing I would. I purchased a tire from him for $65. He sent pictures of the…read moretire but failed to mention it had a large nail stuck in the crease of the tread. I messaged him this morning informing him that the tire needed repaired, he said that "well it is a used tire" I asked if he would be willing to make it right by refunding the price it cost to repair the tire ($17) seeing how the cost now will be the same as if I bought it brand new and had it put on, he wanted to argue with me back and forth. Then said I'll just pay for part of it and that I should of just went to buddies or somewhere else then. Very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place for anything. Total scammer.

We're in the middle of Nowhere Missouri and our Dodge Diesel sprung a fuel leak, spraying fuel all…read moreover the engine. Called several garages with the same story; have to bring it in; can't give an estimate; can't see it today, etc. Spraying fuel as fast as it was and the closest garage over 20 miles away, we were stuck. Then we found Mason's Mobile on the internet. If I could sing, I'd be singing the praises for this business. They had us text some pictures, gave us a roundabout estimate, drove west to Springfield for parts, drove back east 70+ miles to get to us, fixed the truck, and charged less than the estimate. Their mobile unit is ready to roll to wherever you are and apparently can fix whatever you are in: car, truck, rv, hay wagon, tractor in a field. Need help? CALL MASON'S Did I sing loud enough for the full effect of how happy we were with them?

I've been here three times (for inspections primarily). The first time my husband had to get his…read moremotorcycle and pickup inspected. They were quick and courteous. My second time here I had to get my motorcycle inspected and wouldn't you know, it wouldn't start. I've always had a bit of a starter problem on it, I figured I'd just wait a few minutes for it to work. But they walked out, and took a look. They first tried rolling it to start, and it worked at first but then quit. They looked at the battery and saw that the screws weren't the right size. They took the time to find the right size, and it started right up. Embarrassing but they were so nice about it. They were just as nice again when I brought my car later. I'll be going here whenever I have issues and I'm in the area.
