They made the whole process easy. I didn't need to contact USAA and they even took care of my rental. Also, I was ready to pay the extra money to have original parts for the repair but after quoting me an extra $150 or so they figured out a way not to have to charge me that at all. The only weird thing that happened was that my battery died, apparently because of the cold weather and not being started everyday. They gave a quote of $280 to replace and install. When I baulked at the price I told him I would just get a battery from Walmart. They agreed to let me do that and even installed it for me.

Repairs were lacking never installed a bent exhaust tip. Said life time warranty on the paint it started to peal and crack maybe 2 years after then chipping all off. They replaced the windshield and didn't seal it properly which created a whistling noise that we could not figure out what it was untill 2 years later the windshield cracked and after it was replaced it was fixed. Avoid this collision center have your ins company spend money somewhere else.
