Not knowing any local shops, we chose A&J Transmission based on a strong recommendation. Jessie and his team were incredibly accommodating: they promptly got the vehicle to their shop, thoroughly evaluated the issue, and honestly identified it as likely tied to a Kia recall with potential extended warranty coverage (possibly even qualifying for a new engine). Instead of charging for unnecessary work, Jessie advised us to take it to a Kia dealership for warranty support. This level of honesty, integrity, and genuine customer focus in a stressful situation was truly refreshing--they went above and beyond without trying to take advantage. Huge thanks to Jessie and the A&J team for turning a tough breakdown into a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I messaged him this morning informing him that the tire needed repaired, he said that "well it is a used tire" I asked if he would be willing to make it right by refunding the price it cost to repair the tire ($17) seeing how the cost now will be the same as if I bought it brand new and had it put on, he wanted to argue with me back and forth. Then said I'll just pay for part of it and that I should of just went to buddies or somewhere else then. Very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place for anything. Total scammer.

Called several garages with the same story; have to bring it in; can't give an estimate; can't see it today, etc. Spraying fuel as fast as it was and the closest garage over 20 miles away, we were stuck. Then we found Mason's Mobile on the internet. If I could sing, I'd be singing the praises for this business. They had us text some pictures, gave us a roundabout estimate, drove west to Springfield for parts, drove back east 70+ miles to get to us, fixed the truck, and charged less than the estimate. Their mobile unit is ready to roll to wherever you are and apparently can fix whatever you are in: car, truck, rv, hay wagon, tractor in a field. Need help?
