I messaged him this morning informing him that the tire needed repaired, he said that "well it is a used tire" I asked if he would be willing to make it right by refunding the price it cost to repair the tire ($17) seeing how the cost now will be the same as if I bought it brand new and had it put on, he wanted to argue with me back and forth. Then said I'll just pay for part of it and that I should of just went to buddies or somewhere else then. Very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place for anything. Total scammer.

Called several garages with the same story; have to bring it in; can't give an estimate; can't see it today, etc. Spraying fuel as fast as it was and the closest garage over 20 miles away, we were stuck. Then we found Mason's Mobile on the internet. If I could sing, I'd be singing the praises for this business. They had us text some pictures, gave us a roundabout estimate, drove west to Springfield for parts, drove back east 70+ miles to get to us, fixed the truck, and charged less than the estimate. Their mobile unit is ready to roll to wherever you are and apparently can fix whatever you are in: car, truck, rv, hay wagon, tractor in a field. Need help? CALL MASON'S Did I sing loud enough for the full effect of how happy we were with them?

We called Yates, who said they could have someone there in 20 minutes for around $75. He called the insurance company who said they do work with Yates, and that they would call them. Yates said that they will only come if he paid them the $75, because they get less from the insurance company. I get it, but at the same time, why be a preferred vendor if you're not providing a service. Ridiculous

After getting home and looking it over, it was obvious that he didn't get the bolts tight enough, since they were about to fall off. My wife had her car "serviced" as well, a 2002 subaru, they changed her alternator and catolittic converter. About a week later she had to take it to a electronic specialist, and now the exhaust is held up by some wire I tied it up with after the converter fell off and was dragging under it. I have called them, and left messages, with no response. So to sum it up, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone that I don't hate.
