Are you people serious right now? The Ribbon Cake is good, I'll give you that. But good enough to be charging $40 (for the medium-esque size)? To quote Stanley Hudson, "Boy, have you lost your mind? 'Cause I'll help you find it." Let's do some basic math: 1. Approximately 50% of the cake is just hwhipped cream. Not hwhipped icing. Hwhipped cream. Sure, sure, it covers a multitude of sins, but it's also a sin in itself if most of the cake is just Cool Hwhip (homemade or otherwise). 2. Only half of the remaining 50% (that's 25% btw) of the cake is actually a bon-a-fide "cake." The chocolate layer is less than the vanilla layer. But the cocoa comes through nicely on the chocolate. Both sponges are moist and well-made though. 3. The final 25% of the cake is some yummy custard. It's delightful, actually. Probably the best element of this cake that's mostly not a cake so much as it's just several levels of Cool Hwhip and other... hwhipped cream-esque elements. edit: 4. I almost forgot. There's fruit in there. But it's so minimal that it actually slipped my mind and I had to come back and edit this review to mention it. Really, this is a great cake if I were to go to a picnic, and one of my amateur baker friends was like, "Hey y'all, I just threw this together, because I had a whole lot of extra Cool Hwhip in the freezer." But $40 for such a low effort cake feels like bamboozlement. This is cake for the Nichols Hills crowd who: (1) can't bake, (2) have money to blow, and (3) have reasonable taste buds, but at the same time, don't have like... super amazing taste buds either? Or here's an option: exclude the bouquet of flowers that's (neatly) shoved on top if it means that I don't have to pay the ridiculous markup for this Cool Hwhip cake. I'm assuming the cost of flowers are being passed on to the customer, because I can't imagine how else these prices ($30-60+) make any sense. [] Summary [] Good cake. But ridiculous price-points that overestimate said goodness of cake. You're better off buying the Berry Chantilly cake from Whole Foods. Y'all have definitely lost your daggum minds with these [*][*][*][*][*] reviews...

Had my baby shower a week ago and can't believe it's taken me this long to post this cake. My friends ended up getting this cake for me - had never tried it before and was surprised how beautiful it was. Simple whipped with flowers. I didn't have huge expectations. Once I was served some cake, I HAD to take the leftovers home!!! The cake was a hit! When it comes to take, I'm more of a slightly sweet light type of dessert lover. The heavy likes of Gigis cupcakes are good when you want to indulge hardcore and feel terrible right after. But this is the opposite. You want to indulge but it isn't as heavy. And I loved it! The whipped cream was the biggest win. The cake itself was good, but it's the whipped frosting and middle raspberry filling that rounded it all out. A bit on the pricy end, but not one person was disappointed and had a few reach out to me to find out the bakery. Definitely worth it!

Raspberry cheesecake

Celebrating a birthday and decide to stop and check it out. They were stocked up on the ribbon cake but have to order anything else and ready the next day. Decided on the raspberry cheesecake which turned out absolutely gorgeous and delicious. Love the touch of fresh flowers too. Was greeted quickly and explained what I wanted. Perfect place for the special and unusual!

Ordered this beautiful cake for our daughters Sweet 16th! Absolutely beautiful but once you take a bite of this you will be wow'd!! This was my first time hearing about Raspberries N Creme and all I heard was get the ribbon cake . So I drove 43 mins to try a slice of ribbon cake and said this is what I'm ordering for daughter's birthday!! They did an amazing job and the family and birthday girl loved the cake !! Once this pandemic is over I will have to go sit down and get some lunch !! Thank you Raspberries N Creme for being part of this milestone and making such a beautiful cake !!

a variety of cupcakes

Never order cupcakes from this place. Ordered 3 dozen for $195 (yeah...) and they put them in FLIMSY boxes with the cupcakes NOT secure. The employees put the 3 boxes in my car. I drove very very carefully - only to find almost all of the cupcakes had tipped over. I immediately called. The owner said she would replace 2 dozen with different cupcakes. Resulting me having to take 2 hours out of my party prep time to get them. Left me scrambling and very unhappy because when you spend $195 for cupcakes you are wanting them to be beautiful and for a certain display. I did NOT get what I ordered! I called Monday asking for a manager to call back. Nothing. Then Tuesday I call again. The owner Nicki (?) was SO RUDE! She refused to refund even $1. I told her it is completely ridiculous to put expensive cupcakes in a FLIMSY box not secured. That is HER fault not mine. I did not get what I ordered- simple as that. The OWNER was very defensive, unprofessional and rude. She does NOT appreciate her customers and I would not recommend ANYONE to use them. You can get good cupcakes/cakes at a lot of places who do take care of their customers. DO NOT waste your money!!!!!! Look closely at the pics. They were put in there like that! Stupid!

I've been ordering this cake on and off for years. It's one of my favorites. The different layers are moist and remind me of the old style flavors (except for the frosting). Sometimes I get a little lopsided cake, but the flavor is the same.

Every year I get my birthday cake at raspberries and cream and every year they do not disappoint I absolutely love it.

The best cake in okc! I always get the ribbons cake for all occasions. It's great for vanilla and chocolate lovers. The ice is a light cream. I love the flowers on top!

This cake should have had strawberries throughout the center layer but, as you can see, that is not what I received.

One of the most beautiful cake I've ever gotten on my 60th birthday. A beautiful memory of such a monumental birthday.

Go for the (generously sized and extremely tasty) salads here, but stay for the Ribbon Cake. (Just trust me on this one. AMAZEballs.)

This bakery was right by my hotel, so I stopped by on my way to a work meeting. At about 8:30am,…read morethey were still putting out fresh pastries! I was instantly drooling. I love that you grab a tray and tongs and can load up what you want. It's a bit pricey, but that's expected for good pastries in the U.S. These rival any European pastry I've had. My iced tiramisu latte was incredible also. Staff were quick and friendly. And it's bright and spacious inside with lots of seating. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Baked items and snacks everywhere you look. We went around closing time but managed to snag some really good stuff. The staff seemed nice and the guy who checked us out was really friendly. The girl counting items wasn't super friendly and didn't say anything to us when we walked in. So first things I saw was a matcha brownie with an Oreo in the middle of it! A what?! So I don't really like brownies, but I love matcha, so I had to get it. My boyfriend got one too. Then I saw a beautiful green tea cloud cake waiting for me to buy it and try it! Funny enough, I tried to find a matcha cake for my birthday when I was in Dallas. Surprisingly I couldn't find any place with a matcha cake. Who knew little Oklahoma would have my cake. We bought our goods now the hard choice: do we eat in the car or wait to drive home? Hm we ate it in the car of course. The cloud cake was so magical and airy. The matcha was prominent and not overpowering. Same with the brownie. It was a soft brownie and the chocolate worked great with the rich matcha flavor. I'd get both of those again. Price for two brownies and slice of cake was about $15

First, just so…read moreyou know when looking for Quincy's, it's in a small strip of businesses next to each other without much signage. The most signage was a piece of paper that said Quincy's so keep an eye out. Their choices were pretty slim. They might have had at most 8 different choices, which is fine, but only one of each for a few items. This was about 10am. Their specialty chocolate pastry was really good. It had a good chocolate flavor without being too indulgent. Their blueberry lemon scone was not good at all. Super dry, the flavor was more of flour if anything. I also bought a sugar cookie which my daughter loved, but I just couldn't get over paying $6 for the scone my husband and I didn't care for. Otherwise the other two items were good. No seating, so don't plan to hang around. They also don't have any coffee either at this location.

Coffee would be their Dulce miel or ask about their seasonal drinks! Keep in mind It is an open space so people will host meetings or people gather but nothing some headphones can't solve. They also have a patio where you can sit with tables. There's a restaurant and bar also located within the premises would definitely check those out. They also host events or wine nights definitely ask the staff!

Every item in the store is so beautifully and intricately decorated that it felt like stepping into a dream. As Carol was describing some of her offerings, I spotted a mousse cake shaped like a French Bulldog and instantly knew that was the one. I'm so glad I stopped in! I originally had some issues getting them to answer their phone (we get busy, customers walk in, I am in no way upset because I was also busy with college). Now, I thought we had everything finalized, but they double checked to make sure I was still going with them for my wedding cake (which I am super greatful for because... wedding day would have had no wedding cake lol). I went down to the store and got things squared away. I REPEAT, go into the store and double check with them you're in their system because their was some miscommunication over the text even when I thought there wasn't. (Again, I don't think anyone is at fault, just simple miscomunication). I went in today, paid, and have everything set straight. I love their cake, you definetly need to try it for yourself (I bought one of the llama ones they have in their display box).
