The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce. But after getting a hold of Bruce over the phone, he was quick to answer my questions and let me know their closing time. I ended up hanging out in the shop for a good hour, and he even recommended some great spots to check out if you're looking for something to eat. Choose from their in-house inventory or provide your own blanks, share your design or logo, and describe whether you need printing or embroidery (the latter may take up to a week). We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. I'd highly recommend them for projects requiring local pick-up! With the size of our team, we definitely didn't need a bulk order of 500+ items, so it was great to be able to request services for a small quantity. We even got some compliments at our conference!

Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I could barely ask a complete question as he kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Tried to tell him I was looking for estimates on simple signs that were budget friendly. I guess the words " budget friendly " annoyed him. He immediately told me to order from Amazon. I responded by thanking him for that suggestion but also let him know that I was more interested in what they could offer, especially because they were recommended by a friend who also added " you won't have to spend too much. His response " your business is not going to make or break me and I'm just trying to help you out." WTH! Where did that come from? So rude and unprofessional. If I wanted a sign from Amazon, I would have searched on Amazon. He wouldn't even allow me to complete a sentence! When I pointed this out, his response was " It's because I'm driving." Again WTH?! Why even answer the phone if you're driving and you're just going to be a a$$hole because you feel bothered?! Everyone talks trash about Amazon but look what happens when you try to support retailers in the community. I didn't ask for his advice! I asked for estimates! I'm not even paying the bill. The HOA is and they probably would have spent its worth to have some nice, professional signs around the building. Guess we'll never find out. At least not from this place. It seemed like they knew what they were doing, until the delivery didn't happen and I checked the label, which had some random address in Long Beach instead of the Texas based passport office in it.
