Well, I called Rapido again yesterday 2/21 around 11am to request to speak to a Manager and was guaranteed that I would receive a call back. today is 2/22/22, and I am still waiting on that call from the Manager regarding my issue. Let me know how important I am. Right?? I was told that "I though you spoke with the Manager? I received a call on the 16th informing me that I would be receiving a credit of $45 for the installation of the sign, for my inconvenience, and that the sigh would be put there that day, Which did not happen again. And, I still have not received the refund. Apparently, the person who called about the refund, was the Manager who did not identify himself as such. if he had, I would have voiced my opinion. My For Sale Sign was just put up this past Saturday 2/18 and it did not include the attachment for Flyers; which I specifically asked and confirmed that the sign would include it. I was sick this past weekend and when I felt better. I called my client to make sure he put the Flyers in the compartment on the For Same Sign. My Seller told me that there is no compartment. So, I called Rapido, yesterday and it's always "I don't know what happened." This is totally embarrassing to me, because it a reflection of my business choice. I was referred there, so, My Seller understood. But is very disappointed in Rapido Service. My Seller asked me "How long have you been using this Company?" And I told the Seller "This was my 1st time." And The Seller said, "Well, I hope it's your last." At this point, I am still being inconvenienced, and should be given a Full Refund!!!! How can so many errors continue to happen and they think it's ok to keep say "I'm Sorry." Sorry was when the sign was not put up by 2/7/23. And I Need my other 2 Signs that I HAD to Pay for. Product was Good, Service was HORRIBLE!

I was even unsure about the material of the sign because I knew it needed to be heavier material since it would be on an easel. I trusted that they would choose the right product and I'm happy I did because it is the perfect weight and material for the easel. On 11/28/2023 I submitted an order for real estate signs. I had taken the time and effort to select and customize the signs to my requirements. Selected the shipping requirement, submitted the order, and received an invoice on the pending purchase. The next day I received a call confirming my order and stating they were sending my payment invoice. The invoice was $40.00 over what my order invoice stated. I called and was told that their website was being updated and the prices were not correct. This was never mentioned or posted anywhere. I had to call to find out. That felt like a bait-and-switch to me. I called back again to complain, but the answer was too bad you have to pay the difference. So the burden for their misrepresentation was on the customer. If your prices are incorrect, why would you allow customers to continue to order under false price assumptions? When I spoke to them about it, the answer was, sorry about the website, but you have to pay the additional cost. I canceled the order, not because of the price, but because that's not the way to do business. If you are going to run a business on the internet, Keep up with your price changes or honor what you have presented to the public. Don't waste the public's time. This is being posted as a warning to others. How can you trust a business where what you see is not what you get? read more

It needs to be way less than one star. I placed a horrible review a little over a year ago. I never posted this. Every bad review is spot on. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS! After fighting to get our money back and informing them our attorney would reach out, they refunded our money. (it took months). A couple of months later they BILLED our account again and TOOK out the money! They are thieves and rude as heck! You're supposed to fix your mistakes not steal from customers because YOU made a mistake. To top it off they avoid you when you walk into the store. They send a small child out to tell you they are not there. (Child labor laws) read more

I ordered a Real Estate yard sign over a year ago paid in full, it never got delivered. I got the run around for so many months my debit/credit card company couldnt refund me. I think they know this and why they give the fake promises as to when it will be send but it never came. This place needs to stop stealing from people, over a year later i still have not received what i paid for. read more

Jaime velarde is AMAZING! I'm new to the industry of real estate so his knowledge came in handy! I was honest and stated "I would be shopping his prices compared with others due to the fact of my personal budget" he politely asked who I was comparing to and realized the others were not local and could cost more due to shipping and turn around on order. And he was also aware of my rush!, and got me my 13 open house signs in 1 DAY!!! He gave me such a great experience as a business and a realtor on THE FIELD! This place is a joke. They can't even get the correct spelling!! BIG RED FLAG! If they can't spell Simple words when given the business card to directly copy off from. Tried to give them a chance to make things right and I got attitude and avoidance. My last sign was handed to me by a 5yr old not cool! Please do better!!! read more

I don't even want to leave them any stars. My order was entered incorrectly, and when I asked them to correct the issue they lied and said that it was done when it wasn't and kept promising me that it would be corrected and it never happened! My clients are upset because it appears as though they are selling the home that they just purchased. I will never use or recommend this company again! read more

Rapid-O-Signs is not that RAPID-O after all. Lost a big opportunity with a universal industry. Customer service was horrible and no sense of business relationship or how to even start it. Don't waste your time here unless you are a mom and pop business. read more

Needed to get my yard signs, OH and postcards done and this was the place people referred me to. Their pricing was one of the best around and they have a nice selection. It was very nice that they have different brochures specific to which Broker you are with. Their sales people were very nice and helpful throughout the process and turnaround time was right on par from what they quoted me. My go-to place for signs for sure. read more

Danger! Do not use this company if you want your order done correctly. This company does not follow up with the errors they make. I have ordered many items and they still treated me like I was bad business for them. They do not deliver what they say and will charge you extra than the price agreed. Customer service is terrible. I was told my order was being worked on, but nothing was ever provided. They still owe me my business cards going on a year. I hate complaining, but this has to be made aware of. I would not use them again. read more

Terrible customer service! I gave them business, paid extra fee for expedite. Business Cards were left off initial order. Sent correction on July1st, followed up on July 9th (gave sometime for the holiday) nothing done. Asked for help to get the order processed quickly and was give the standard 5 day business line. They would not help at all! I never give reviews good or bad but this situation was so terrible I thought I should let others know. Helen read more

Super communicative, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. They even took the apron apart just to make sure the logo placement and stitching would look perfect! The pricing was shockingly affordable, literally the same as what I would've paid for basic screen printing at a place like Vistaprint, but the quality isn't even comparable. The embroidery looks professional, crisp, and incredibly durable. All of my employees love the aprons and get compliments on them all the time. Upon arriving to his home he has a small bucket where you can drop off what you want embroidered, I of course put my name and email on it so he knows which order it was. The next day he had it ready for pickup! My fiancé said he went to the back of the house and Biagio was still working on other orders and had ours ready. I will definitely recommend his service and his quality is very well made. After several washes the stitching is not damaged, the quality is great. Choose from their in-house inventory or provide your own blanks, share your design or logo, and describe whether you need printing or embroidery (the latter may take up to a week). We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. I'd highly recommend them for projects requiring local pick-up! With the size of our team, we definitely didn't need a bulk order of 500+ items, so it was great to be able to request services for a small quantity. We even got some compliments at our conference!

I was hired by the owner, Jaime, at RAPID-O-SIGNS for a contracting project involving over 15 trucks for Rose Paving, including several industrial Peterbilt trucks. Before the project started, I was told the trucks would be indoors with proper working conditions suitable for vinyl wrapping. However, on the day of the job, that changed completely. We were required to work outside in extreme heat, despite there being sufficient indoor space available. The conditions were not ideal for vinyl work and raised real concerns about heat exhaustion and overall safety. Throughout the process, Rose Paving seemed more focused on the speed of completion rather than the working conditions or wellbeing of the contractors on site. The biggest issue has been payment. Jaime repeatedly stated that I would be paid once he received payment, and every time a promised pay date came up, communication became difficult. Calls and messages would go unanswered, and new dates would be pushed out without follow-through. It has now been over 90 days, and I am still owed $400. As a contractor, timely and transparent payment is essential. Unfortunately, my experience with RAPID-O-SIGNS did not reflect professionalism or reliability in this regard. I hope this review encourages better communication, safer working conditions, and honoring payment agreements moving forward. read more
