They ran…read morean ad campaign that allows for first month free and I have had a chance to try their services. Points to consider when going to ModWash: 1) Membership is a better value than a one time wash. Even the less expensive plan will get the job done and if you average one wash a week, your dollar goes a long way. 2) Some locations have a mat cleaner, a machine you insert your dirty mats and it will clean them. Take advantage of the compressed air, the cleaning sprays, vaccum and the wipe down towels if you have time to polish up your ride. 3) Many locations make it much more convenient to get your car cleaned up. Just on the south side, I see Bridgeville and Washington alone with 3 locations... Decent service and overall recommended.

I have been going to the one in 51 for decades. Never had problems and was happy. I went there…read moreyesterday and had a very nice, polite young man start to help me. I was ready to pay for my single car wash- that's all I wanted. No interest in their monthly plans. I told the young man that and he was fine. Out of nowhere, some other guy who was lurking in the shadows came out of nowhere and took over, relentlessly trying to pressure me to get their monthly plans. I must've said NO, over 10 times. Ge just kept going! I told him I was in a hurry and just want my single car wash. He wouldn't stop. I finally reached my breaking point and snapped at him- totally went off and said I was done. I had been going there longer than he had been alive, but I was never coming back. Plenty of other places to go- one in every corner. I drove away telling the polite young man that he was great and not to listen to the other pressure salesman- " how well did his tactic work?!" Drove across the street to GetGo and had a great experience, plus it was cheaper!!! Guess I found my new car wash.

If you purchase the unlimited pass, the car wash pays for itself if used more than twice a month. This is the true value and worth every cent. When entering, the license plate reader scans you and the gate opens. There is literally no fuss nor wait. I don't use the free vacuums that much, but they did come in handy yesterday!!! pro tip: When you buy an unlimited pass, you may use all of the Mr. Magic car washes in the area and there must be more than a dozen of these things. That is very convenient.

Mr magic car wash does not deliver on promises , two car wash's broke down at the same time…read morehmm... white ring left on vehicle , car not dry, This is their promised ( every time they claim) but don't complain , their very rude... with no answers This is a bad company this ,is the results from my better business bureau complaint Hi Mr. Newman, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. ( they wouldn't listen or help when I called just very rude)We understand how inconvenient it was to arrive at two locations that were temporarily closed for maintenance. (You think )Since you referenced "Always work as a team." Our maintenance and operations teams follow that rule closely ( they need to put some money back in to there product)when equipment needs repairs, they act together to keep everything running safely and reliably, even if that occasionally results in overlapping downtime. ( more than occasionally) As outlined in our terms and conditions: "Although this is an unlimited use car wash program, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance or due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control. It would be in your control if you spend some money)We do not guarantee any of our car washes will be available to you at the time you seek to use it. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and operate on reduced hours on other holidays. ( nothing else to say , commercial not needed) Credit is not issued for holidays, maintenance, repairs or other closures." These expectations are in place because safe, effective maintenance sometimes requires closure found that out had to go to third location)even on days when you'd prefer otherwise. We also want to clarify one of the concerns you mentioned: we do not use recycled water in our wash process. The water used during the cleaning stages is fresh, treated water that meets all local and EPA requirements. (If true , why EPA , ) Regarding your interaction with our representative, we're sorry the closing (very very rude)question--"Is there anything else I can help you with? (Thru out the call )felt dismissive. It's a standard part of our call ( ver very rude, mean person )process, though we understand it may have seemed abrupt during a frustrating moment. ( think very rude)The conversation was notably tense, ( yes she was )but our staff remained professional while assisting you.( not true did not assist me in any way) We'd also like to note that you reach out frequently with concerns, (tell you there product needs help , and staff needs help)and each of them has been escalated to our maintenance team ( car still not clean like promised)even when the issues you describe haven't aligned with what we see on-site (oh of course you would say that rude person )or with feedback from other customers. Nonetheless, every report has been addressed.(not true white circles left on vehicle , looking like dirty water) If you ultimately feel another company may better match what you expect, we understand. (Of course you would you say that)However, we would be glad to continue serving you and hope your next visit reflects the quality we work hard to maintain. (Not true... hard work or working as a team these problems would not happen ) Thank you,( not welcome rude people) Mr. Magic Car Wash
