I have an old home that over the years has had water intrusion into its crawlspace, causing damage to the foundation. I called Max as I was trying to figure out the best way to put in better drainage and prevent further water intrusion. I was originally considering a french drain, but it's a good thing I contacted Max because after coming out for the inspection and diagnosing the issue, he informed me that the cause of the problem was the concrete surface in the back of my house, which had improper grading. Since then, we completely redid the concrete and it seems to have fixed the issue. We had some pretty heavy rains in October and all of the rain water drained properly.
